1Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.
2Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of any size, top bullnosed shape, made of M-25 (Design Mix) grade cement concrete, in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.
3M & L for cement concrete M10 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 50 mm thick in subbase for laying tiles, pavings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
4Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 conforming to IS 15658: 2021 grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness, size and shape, made by table vibratory method using polyurethane mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 30 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand having gradation as per IRC SP 63: 2018and 2 to 4 mm wide joints filled with fine sand having gradation as per IRC SP 63: 2018, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.
5Dismantling of interlocking paver block and keep aside paver block for reuse complete all as specified and as directed.
6Providing and laying cement concrete paver block using paver block obtained in dismantling, laid in and including 30 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand having gradation as per IRC SP 63: 2018and 2 to 4 mm wide joints filled with fine sand having gradation as per IRC SP 63: 2018, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.
7Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
8Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) of internal dia 150 mm, set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.
9Supplying and laying reinforced concrete pipes with collars, 150 mm internal diameter, class NP2, laid and jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar (1:2) complete all as specified and as directed.
10M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks, filling of pressed steel door frame, fixing of hold fasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and as directed.
11Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position, above or below ground floors, not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.
12M & L for precast cement concrete M25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.
13M & L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
14M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.
15Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
16M & L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks, non-modular sizes as per IS 1077: 1992, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
17M & L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks, non-modular sizes as per IS 1077: 1992, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
18M & L for struck or recessed pointing, to brick walls in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.
19Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work in cement mortar or cement lime mortar in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
20Material, T&P and labour for cleaning of stormwater drain of any cross section, size, shape etc. including removing of all sludges, muds, foreign materials, sand etc. and removing blockage if any and waste material outside MD land unprohibited by any authority and following the statutory law/ guidelines complete all as specified and as directed.
21Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T & P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
22M & L for dense bituminous macadam 50 mm to 75 mm (compacted thickness) using graded crushed stone aggregate premixed with binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) @ 4.5% by weight of total mix & hydraulic lime filler, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Dense Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined following the Marshall Mix Design procedure contained in the Asphalt Institute Manual MS-2 (Sixth Edition) as referred in case 3.5.3 of IRC 111: 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of ?44 per kg.
23Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
24M & L for applying tack coat on existing bituminous, cement concrete or primed granular surface to ensure a bond between the surface being paved and the overlaying course with cationic bitumen emulsion RS-1 grade at the rate of 3 kg per 10 sqm of surface complete all as specified and as directed.
25M & L for semi dense bituminous concrete 30 mm (compacted thickness) using graded crushed stone aggregate premixed with binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) @ 5% by weight of total mix & hydraulic lime filler, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Semi dense bituminous concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined following the Marshall Mix Design procedure contained in the Asphalt Institute Manual MS-2 (Sixth Edition) as referred in case 3.5.3 of IRC 111: 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of ?44 per kg.

27Supply and fix in repairs Glow studs (cat"s eye) of size 80 to 100 mm X 80 to 100 mm X 15 to 20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The cat’s eye shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35° ± 5° to base. The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 Part 4: 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
28S & F in repairs solar road studs of size not less than 125 mm X 125 mm X 25 mm made of weather resistance aluminium alloy and poly carbonate material electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by the Engineer in charge. The cats eye shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35° ± 5° to base. The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM E: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The solar panel shall be high efficiency mono crystalline 2.5 V/60 m A and the battery shall be one Ni-mh type (1.2 V/1200 m Ah) high temp for backup of 36 hours full charging. The flash frequency shall be 60 ± 5 times per minute.
29S & F in repairs road convex mirrors outdoor type made of one piece polycarbonate of size 800 mm including steel tube of nominal bore 80 mm and thickness of 4.0 mm as per IS 1161: 2012 and 1.5 metre length for mounting of mirror including painting on steel tube with synthetic enamel paint on red oxide zinc chrome primer in approved shade including embedding 300 mm below ground level including excavation and PCC M15(Nominal Mix) with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of size 400 mm X 400 mm X 400 mm and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.
30Preparation of newly or previously untreated plaster surface of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer of the same manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.
31Preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
