47Taking down old roof treatment materials fromsurface of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water using wire brush brooming down, removal of unserviceable material obtained from demolition to a distance of n. exc 1000mbeyond the lead, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination and applying the following treatment all as directed in order of precedence as stated :- (i)Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on existing roof surface true to level. ii) Applying one coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm. (iii) Supply and laying 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufactured with weight not less than 3.60 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric/matt weighing not less than 160gms per Sqm having softening point not less than 150 mm centigrade, having tensile strength of 650 N/5cm and 350 N/5cm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinfocred tearing strength of 180 N by torch application . Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 30cm(minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (iv)Applying one coat of aluminium paint over APP membrane.
48Item No 47 Contd....Note :- (i)Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done torch on method as per manufactures instructions. . (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the endand sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed alloverlaps and joints as per manufacturers instruction.(iii) APP based polymeric membrane shall beof any one of the approved makes as specified here-in-after and shall conform to specifications given in IS 16540-2017/IS 16532-2017.(iv)Contractor shallproduce necessary test certificate of the manufacturer to the Engr-in-Chage before incorporation in the work. There would be android and iOS mobile apps for the user to monitor its own data and balance on regular basis.

110(COMPREHENSIVE OPERATION WORK DURING DEFECTS LIABILITY PERIOD): Provision for comprehensive operation including routine maintenance including repairs/replacement of defective meters/DCU and other associated components (software/hardware) required to make the system alongwith all 122 Smart Meter functional at all times including periodic charges of telecom operator, smart meter billing from completion of work till the completion of defect liability period of 2 years.
111Sch "A" Part-II (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) Note :- Amount of Rs 32,800.00indicated in Tender Documents as Schedule of Credit shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
