Ion Exchange Apparatus As Per Tender Document => Limited; On Exchange Apparatus Specifications  Two Columns For Anion And Cation Of Dia. 55 Mm, Length 500 Mm Should Be Made Of Borosilicate Glass.  Feed Circulation By Fhp Magnetic Pump Of Standard Make From Feed Tank Of Capacity 25 Ltrs, Made Of Stainless Steel 304 Grade, Thickness Of The Sheet Is 2Mm And Flow Measured By Rotameter ( Reputed Make ) .  Microprocessor Based Electronic Conductivity Meter With Digital Display Should Be Provided.  One Extra Tank Should Be Provided For Regeneration.  Same Set Up Should Be Used As Single Column Purification And Series Of Two Columns.  Piping Should Be Made Of Stainless Steel And Pvc.  Operating / Instruction Manual And Sample Calculations With Photographs, Line Diagram, Should Be Attached With The Tender Documents.  Equipment Has To Be Demonstrated At College Site, Results Should Be Repeatable Within ±5% Of The Sample Calculations Provided.  The Whole Set-Up Should Be Well Designed And Arranged On A Rigid Structure Painted With Industrial Pu Paint.  Vendor Should Be Ready For The Technical Presentation At Customer Site Equipment Should Be Capable Of Performing Following Experiment:  To Deionize Water To Make It Soft And To Determine The Exchange Rate And Saturation Point 01
