The Drawings Or Technical Specifications Shall Be Shared Upon Submission Of Duly Signed Nda. 3. Staggered Delivery Period: 1 ) Lot-1: 5 Sets Of Assemblies Within 60 Days From Date Of Po Placement. Ii ) Lot-Ii: 10 Sets Of Assemblies Shall Be Supplied Within 45 Days From The Date Of Clearance Given By The Indenting Department For Manufacturing. Lot-Iii: 10 Sets Of Assemblies Shall Be Supplied Within 45 Days From The Date Of Clearance Given By The Indenting Department For Manufacturing. 4. Raw Materials Of All Components Shall Be In Vendors Scope Only. 5. Raw Material ( Mechanical & Chemical ) Test Reports And Surface Treatment Test Reports Duly Tested From Any Iso / Nabl Certified Labs Only. 6. Material Test Report ( Mechanical & Chemical Properties ) And Dimensional Inspection Reports Are To Be Submitted By The Vendor Along With Delivery Of Each Lot. 7. The Fixtures And Tooling Required For The Qualification Tests Mentioned In The Respective Drawings Are In Vendors Scope Only. 1 ) The Tests Include High Pressure Test On 100 Percent Samples. Ii ) Break Test To Be Done On Qty: 02 Nos, Apart From The Ordered Quantity Before The Delivery Of Lot-1. 8. Vendor Has To Support For Design Modifications In Between Lot I, Ii & Iii While Manufacturing Without Any Financial Implications. 9. If Any Damage Or Rejection Of Component Occurs, Bdl Will Not Bear Any Cost. 10. Inspection Authority: Components / Assemblies Will Be Accepted After Bdl Qc Inspection At Bdl Premises. 11. Any Clarification Is Required During The Manufacturing Or Assembly, Bdl Will Support. 12. Refer Latest Revision Assembly Drawing To Make The Assembly. 13. Hardware ( Fasteners, Washers, Nuts Etc. ) To Make The Assemblies Is In Vendors Scope Only. 14. Vendor Should Deliver The Items In Assembly Conditon Only To Bdl-Kbu Premises. 15. Packaging: Standard Manufacturing Packaging. 16. Option Clause: The Purchaser Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Quantity To Be Ordered Up To 50 Percent Of Bid Quantity At The Time Of Placement Of Contract. The Purchaser Also Reserves The Right To Increase The Ordered Quantity By Up To 50% Of The Contracted Quantity During The Currency Of The Contract At The Contracted Rates.
