Hiring Of Machineries For Scrap Removal In Offsite Areas At Cpcl - Manali Refinery , Hiring Of Machineries The Contractor Shall Mobilise The Following Equipments For Completion Of The Job In All Respects. The Contractor Shall Mobilise The Equipment With Approval From Eic And De-Mobilise The Equipment On Completion Of The Job. If There Is Any Extension Ofwork Above One Day, The Contractor Shall Obtain Prior Approval From Eic For Retaining The Equipements. Quoted Rates Shall Be Inclusive Of Mobilization & De-Mobilization Charges. No Separate Rates Shall Be Paid For Mobilization & Demobilization Of Equipment. Entry And Exist Gate Passes Including The Operators Time Sheet (Duly Signed By Cpcl In Charge On Daily Basis ) For All The Below Mentioned Equipments To Be Enclosed Along With Bill For Processing. 1	Hiring of Machineries The contractor shall mobilise the following equipments for completion of the job in all respects. The contractor shall mobilise the equipment with approval from EIC and de-mobilise the equipment on completion of the job. If there is any extension ofwork above one day, the contractor shall obtain prior approval from EIC for retaining the equipements. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of mobilization & de-mobilization charges. No separate rates shall be paid for mobilization & demobilization of equipment. Entry and exist Gate passes including the operators time sheet (duly signed by CPCL in charge on daily basis ) for all the below mentioned equipments to be enclosed along with bill for processing. The quoted rate is inclusive of charges towardshire charges, consumables fuel /oils / lubricants , operator crew"s costs,supervision, overhead & profit, safety permits, safety precaution etc. complete.
2	Supply of 20 FEET TRAILER WITH TRACTOR on hire basis on all working days from Monday to Saturday on 8 hrs.shift ,inclusive of driver,one assistant,all consumables like diesel etc.,with all safety precautionswithin CPCL Refinery premises. The quoted rate shouldinclude mobilization, operator crew"s/driver /assistant cost, loading,transporting from site to Scrap yard within Refinery premises,unloading, labour for loading
3	Supply of FRONT CABIN HYDRA of minimum capacity 14-Ton hire basis on all working days from Monday to Saturday on 8 hrs. shift, inclusive of driver,one assistant,all consumables like diesel etc., withall safety precautions within CPCL Refinery premises.The quoted rate should include mobilization, operator crew"s/driver / assistant cost,loading,transporting, unloading, labour, tools, tackles etc. completeas directedby Engineer-in-Charge.
4	Tractor with trolley from Monday to Saturday on 8 hrs. shift, inclusiveof driver,all consumables like diesel etc.,withall safety precautions within CPCL Refinery premises.The quoted rate shouldinclude mobilization, operator crew"s/driver cost, loading, transporting, unloading, tools, tackles etc. completeas directedby Engineer-in-Charge.
5	Supply of UNSKILLED CLASS LABOURto carry out scrap removal, segragationworks, on day-to-day basis during the CPCL general shift hours (0800 - 1600 hours) on all working days from Monday to Saturday . The rates shall include ESI, PF, payroll cost and allowances, fringe benefits, overhead supervision, profits and hand tools. Payment for part of the day will be made on prorata basis.
6	Forsupplying Bobcat (loader)from Monday to Saturday on 8 hrs. shift, inclusiveof driver,all consumables like diesel etc.,withall safety precautions within CPCL Refinery premises.The quoted rate shouldinclude mobilization, operator crew"s/driver cost, loading, transporting, unloading, tools, tackles etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
7	For wheeled Hydralic Excavator (3D) with attachements backfill or dozer blades (11 to 18 Tonnes) from Monday to Saturday on 8 hrs. shift, inclusiveof driver,all consumables like diesel etc.,withall safety precautions within CPCL Refinery premises.The quoted rate shouldinclude mobilization, operator crew"s/driver cost, loading, transporting, unloading, tools, tackles etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
