The item rate includes the transportation of RMC from the batching plant to the IREL construction site in Transit mixers and it should be clean, in good working condition, and capable of preventing segregation of the concrete during transportation. Concrete Motor Pump & Boom Placer Hire Charges: Concrete placement requires the use of concrete motor pumps and boom placers. The hire charges & operational charges & all other charges are included in the Contractor"s quoted rates. Testing and Certification: To guarantee quality and adherence to specifications, RMC test certificates shall be submitted. These certificates outline mix proportions, compressive strength, and other pertinent properties. The cost associated with testing and certification may be incorporated into the in the Contractor"s quoted rates. It is important to note that IREL does not entertain any price escalation beyond the initially quoted rates at any circumstances such influenced by market dynamics, raw material prices, and other relevant factors.
