| 1 | Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates including weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture,mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately under relevant items) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note:1. The rate of concrete shall include all material, labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture.Chemical admixture conforming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete.M30 grade with 370 kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete for all floors. |
| 2 | Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixingof centering and shuttering in curve and plain shape at all levels to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axis to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixingcoil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. (The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces.) |
| 3 | Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 ‘SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make’ and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel.The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. |
| 4 | Providing, fabricating and erection of Structural steel members in various structures at all elevations, made out of M.S. angles, flats, plates, pipes, channels, tubes, rods etc conforming to relevant ISetc., includingcost ofscaffolding, welding, welding rods, drilling holes, bolts/nuts wherever required, tools & tackles and providing and applying 250micron epoxy paint over a coat ofzinc silicate primer etc., as per drawings and specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 5 | Supply, fabrication, and erection of embedded parts in various structures at all elevations, made out of M.S. angles, flats, plates, pipes, channels, tubes, rods etcconforming to relevant ISetc., includingcost ofscaffolding, welding, welding rods, drilling holes, bolts/nuts wherever required, tools & tackles and providing and applying zinc silicate primer etc., as per drawings and specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 6 | Providing and Painting with Epoxy paint using Apcodur CF 641 CS of Asian paints /Proctato mastic of berger/Inter lac1054 of M/s Akzonable or equivalent at all locations in steel tanks and concrete/ masonry walls and floors, ceiling or any other structures/systems as per manufacturer’s specifications including preparation of surface by scrapping, applying sand paper, filling the holes, joints, cracks if any, etc. complete all as per manufacturers Technical Data and as directed at site to achieve 150micron Dry film thickness (50 Micron Primer coat and 100micron finishing Coat). (Contractor has to ensure the thickness (DFT ) by verifying sampling steel plates using Elcometeretc. at his own cost ). Rate inclusive of making scaffolding & working platform. |
| 7 | Providing and applying Exterior Emulsion Paint, Apex of Asian paints/Weather cote of Lewis Berger /Weather shield of ICI Dulux/Sumo Xtra of Nippon/Nerolac make& shade in two or more coatsto give an even shadeas per manufacturer"s instructions to the external plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces, scaffolding etc. at all elevations, completeas per drawings and specifications |
| 8 | Providing & Grouting to tank base, equipment base or any other location as directed by Engineer-In Charge with M-60 grade cementitious grout (Non Shrink) of approved make by suitable means ( Free flowing /pump),curing etc. Complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.) |
| 9 | Providing, laying/Fixing in positionapproved PVC pipesPrince/Jain/ Kitec/Finolex/ Supreme/ Astral/Ashirvadmake IS - 4985 of latest version with required specials and joining by PVC solvent/adhesive & Fixing arrangements for PH works/rain water downcomer, scaffolding as per standard specifications. (no additional payment shall be made for specials such as Tee, Union, Bend, Coupler, Reducer, Elbow, Nipple, etc...) |
| 10 | Supplying and erecting steel door of 1200x2100mm with door frame including vision panel, door closer, hinges, "D" type handle, dead lock. Minimum Sheet thickness of door frame & shutter shall be 1.2mm & 0.80mm respectively. Rate shall be inclusive of grouting of door frames, painting with epoxy of 150micron over required primer. |
