1Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
2Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :
3a)1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).
4Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
5Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :
6Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers
7Small lintels not exceeding 1.5 m clear span, moulding as in cornices, window sills, string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks and the like
8Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.
9Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
10Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).
11Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in:
12a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
13Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :
14Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
15Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :
16a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).
1712 mm cement plaster of mix :
18a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)
1915 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :
20a)1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)
21Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : a) New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).
22Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :
23a) One or more coats on old work.
24Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..
25a) In cement mortar
26Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.
27Carting out of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled, excavated or waste materials by mechanical means,through private carrier including lifting, loading, transporting, unloading to municipal dumping ground beyond 50 m initial lead,or in any other compound as decided by the Engineer-in-charge, for all leads including all lifts involved.
28Refixing of available MS grill by making good with necessary welding and straightening the bends/twistssquare rods, flats etc. The existing grills shall be fixed in the new proposed holdfasts to suit the existing existing hold fasts. The grills shall be fixed in theproposed compound wall after welding new holdfasts to the old MS grill, by laying CC bedblocks at the position of hold fasts incolumns. The MS grills shall be fixed by embedding hold fasts in CC blocks in the proposed compound wall. All complete and as per directions of the Engineer - in - charge.
