SCOPE of Work :AMNS Specific Requirement 1.The system should have Diagnostics data tranmission / Real time alarm transmission. 2.Central Data Acquisition System shall have capable to connect another 10 Local Data Acquisition System for future Data Connectivity. 3.Each Local Data Acquisition System shall have capable to log 24 Tags including HCl for future requirement. 4.Both Local <(>&<)> Central Data Acquisition System shall have Calibration Facility ( Auto / Remote ) for HCL Analyzers. B.AMNS General Requirement 1.Vendor has to provide PC based Data Management System for Online Data Connectivity to CPCB/SPCB.(Cloud based system is not acceptable ) 2.The system should be capable of collecting data on real time basis without any human intervention. 3.The system shall enables two way communications required to manage such real time system. 4.The data generation ,data pick up,data transmission , data integration at server end should be automatic. 5.The submitted data shall be available on the AMNS / SPCB / CPCB for immediate corrective action. 6.Raw Data should be transmitted simultaneously to CPCB/SPCB 7.The system software shall have 100% protocol integration checks with the actual protocol of the instrument, of which data will be transmitted by the vendor to SPCB/CPCB on real time basis. 8.Vendor will be responsible for online connectivity of CEMS data exactly as generated at the monitoring station to regulatory authority like CPCB/SPCB 9.Remote Calibration Mechanism , Remote Configuration <(>&<)> Remote auditing should be available on offered data management software. 10.The software should be capable to verify the data correctness which means at any given point of time the regulatory authorities CPCB/SPCB should be able to visualize the current data of any locations specific parameter 11.Vendor must have server at CPCB/SPCB for Online Data Connectivity. 12.Vendor must have their name in CPCB Supplier List. 13.The data management system should be capable of analyzing the data with statistical tools and shall have the following capabilitiesa.Statistical data analysis for Average , Min, Max, diurnal variation b.Comparison of Parameters of different locations in user selectable time format i.e in graphical and tabular formats compatibilities. c.Channel configuration for range,units etc. d.Data storage facility
