The Tenderer has the option to submit his proposal based on his own design which he considers suitable and capable of meeting the required operating and duty conditions 3.0 DESIGN AMBIENT CONDITION 3.1 The derating of all items / Components shall be done for an ambient temperature of 50°C. Maximum relative humidity is 95% which shall also be taken into consideration for design of items / Components. However, the maximum temperature and maximum relative humidity may not occur simultaneously. 3.2 In the design, due consideration shall be given to the dust laden atmosphere, normally experienced in steel plants. 3.3 Standards 3.3.1 All items / Components shall be designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with the latest standards published by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). In case of difference in this technical specification with these standards, stringent specification out of these shall be taken into consideration without any cost implication. The Tenderer Shall point out any discrepancy / contradiction or requirement other than those specified in his quotation before finalisation of tender and any additional claim due to omissions will not be entertained during execution of the contract. 3.3.2 All items shall comply with the latest Regulations and the stipulation of Inspectorate of Factories, and other applicable statutory bodies of the Government of India and the Government of Gujarat, wherever applicable. All cost on this account shall be borne by the successful tenderer. Nothing shall be construed to relieve / Waive the successful tenderer of his responsibilities. 3.3.3 The Tenderer shall indicate in his offer the standards being followed by him. In cases where the offer deviates from the specified standards, the tenderer shall indicate clearly in his offer the standards proposed to be adopted by him along with details thereof and the reasons for the deviation. 5.10 Despatch of Materials Despatch of the Materials shall be made by Successful Tenderer only on receipt of Inspection Certificate from the Employer/Employer’s Consultant or his Authorized Inspection Agency (or inspection waiver from the Employer/Employer’s Consultant) and despatch clearance from the Employer. 5.11 Packing Successful Tenderer shall ensure th
