Final cleaning by sand blasting c. Pressure testing of heating circuit d. Measuring on CMM e. Visual inspection f. Checking all threads g. Providing checking report |
| 3 | This SOR item is applicable for Cleaning, checking, analysis, repairing & replacement of damaged component complete refurbishment of Die Plate: OWNER shall advise vendor to commence refurbishment job within 4 weeks of receipt of inspection report. This SOR item in tender has been included for refurbishment of Die plate, which includes following activities. a. Pyrolytic cleaning b. Final cleaning by sand blasting c. Pressure testing of heating circuit d. Measuring on CMM e. Visual inspection f. Checking all threads g. Providing checking report h. Grinding front and back side (including cutting surface) i. Closing of damaged product bores, if necessary j. Replacement of other damaged parts (cost of spares will be additional to the repairing work & will be paid as per line item 30-90) k. Final inspection l. Prepare for shipment m. Providing final repair report with details of flatness & parallelism before and after refurbishment. |
