22Supply only new transformer oil of dielectric strength not be less than 60 kV and conforming to IS-335 of 1993 for filling/ topping up oil of transformer up to desired level complete all as directed.
23Dehydration and filtration of existing transformer oil of transformer at different location with filtration machine and heating system to get di-electric strength of oil 60 kV minimum without disturbing the power supply system including replacement of unserviceable silica gel and topping up /replacement of unserviceable transformer oil complete all as specified and as directed.( Note: Transformer oil for filling/topping up and silica gel shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule).
24M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to earthing lead of 32 mm X 6 mm galvanised mild steel strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
25Supply & spreading in trenches sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling hand punning down complete all as specified and directed Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.
26S & F XLPE cable end termination, cold shrinkable, indoor type, suitable for voltage 6.35 kV/ 11 kV (Earthed), 3 core 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.
27S & F XLPE cable end termination, cold shrinkable, outdoor type, suitable for voltage 11 kV (Earthed), 3 core 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.
28S & F cable jointing kit for 6.35 kV/ 11 kV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.
29Disconnecting, taking down distribution transformer outdoor type 11 kV /415 volts having capacity upto and including 63/75 kVA, transportation to the workshop for repairs including opening of transformers cover, draining of oil, de-tanking of core and coil assembly, cleaning, washing of dust and dirt from all parts including core, tank and cooling tubes radiators etc., joint inspection for estimate, replacement of defective parts, assembly, stage inspection, re-tanking, oil filtration/ dehydration, fill dehydrated oil and fresh oil and testing the repaired transformers for all the routine tests as per IS 2026 (Part 1): 2011 with latest amendments. Note: - (a) Transformer oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity mild steel drums to be arranged by the contractor. The said drained out transformer oil shall be refilled in the transformer duly dehydrated after repair and the cost thereof shall be included in unit rate quoted against the respective item of this schedule. (b) Rewinding of both HT & LT coil shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule. (c) Transportation charges for transportation of transformer from site to workshop and after repair, workshop to site shall be borne by the contractor and cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item. (d) The spare parts excluding nuts, bolts, washer shall be measured and paid for separately (e) The said transformer shall be repaired in reputed workshop as decided by the GE. (f) Testing of transformer after repair shall be carried out as per IS 2026 (Part 1): 2011 and the cost of testing shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted against this item. (g) The IR value of the dried winding before inserting the core in the shell shall be measured and recorded.
30Disconnecting, taking down distribution transformer outdoor type 11 kV /415 volts having capacity 100 kVA, 150 kVA, 200 kVA, 250kVA and 315 kVA, transportation to the workshop for repairs including opening of transformers cover, draining of oil, de-tanking of core and coil assembly, cleaning, washing of dust and dirt from all parts including core, tank and cooling tubes radiators etc., joint inspection for estimate, replacement of defective parts, assembly, stage inspection, re-tanking, oil filtration/ dehydration, fill dehydrated oil and fresh oil and testing the repaired transformers for all the routine tests as per IS 2026 (Part 1): 2011 with latest amendments. Note: - (a) Transformer oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity mild steel drums to be arranged by the contractor. Note: - (a) Transformer oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity mild steel drums to be arranged by the contractor. 32M & L for rewinding of coils on primary side of transformer of any capacity using proper size, double paper covering, ordinary copper winding wires conforming to IS 7404 (Part-1): 1991 as per existing size, turns and insulation class including connecting minor insulation materials suitable for 11 kV/ 415 V transformer complete all as specified and as directed.
33M & L for rewinding of coils on secondary side of transformer of any capacity using proper size, double paper covering, ordinary copper winding wires conforming to IS 7404 (Part-1): 1991 as per existing size, turns and insulation class including connecting minor insulation materials suitable for 11 kV/ 415 V transformer complete all as specified and as directed.
34Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc. or carrying to MES store (spare/components for replacement to be provided free by department)

36Disconnecting, taking out old unserviceable under ground cable of rated voltage 11 kV, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 95 sqmm, upto 4 core, any type from trenches including taking out concrete cable cover/ bricks etc. including removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for reuse or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
37Supplying & laying in trenches, in road cutting and along pole 100 mm nominal bore, light grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.
38S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.
