Tender For Fabrication And Other Miscellaneous Works In Utility 2 Area In Main Plant Of Hwpm- 1 Welding of CS pipes as per enclosed scope of work cum technical specification 2 Welding of SS pipes as per enclosed scope of work cum technical specification 3 Welding of CS/SSpiping using dissimilar buffer layers of SS 309 as per the enclosed technical specification 4 Laying of fabricated pipe spools along with fitings with suitable anchoring supports, with reinforcement pads, etc., up to all elevations as per the enclosed tech spec 5 Structural fabrication / erection work, repair of damaged structures, strengthening of damaged structures etc., as per the enclosed tech spec. 6 De-erection of piping at different locations/ elevations, retrieval of useful material if any and safe disposal of scrap 7 Welding CS/SS Pads for weld repair of pin holes as per the enclosed technical specification 8 De-erection of damaged/unwanted structural material at differnet locations/elevations, retrieval of useful mateial for re-use and safe disposal of scrap, structural material. 9 Making of concrete pedestals as per the enclosed Technical specificaiton 10 Chipping of existing old concrete to expose reinforecement rods, embedded parts for the purpose of repairing. 11 Metal deposition to rectify pits inside theIon-Exchange vessels (WAC/SAC/WBA/SBAs) 12 Excavation of earth to expose underground pipe line/to lay new pipeline as per the enclosed scope of work cum technical specification 13 Filling of earthas per the enclosed scope of work cum technical specification 14 Wrapping and coating of pypkote on underground pipelines as per the enclosed scope of work and technical specification 15 HDPE/PVC/CPVC pipe fitting welding as per the enclosed technical specification 16 HDPE/PVC/CPVC pipe laying as per the enclosed technical specification 17 Applying 1mm thick mat suitable to 30% HCL for patch repair of tank / Pipe 18 Retrieval of useful pipe and pipe fittings as per the enclosed scope of work cum technical specification 19 Retrieval of useful structural materialas per the enclosed scope of work cum technical specification
