NOTE: (a) Items replaced shall be measured seprately. (b) All the necessary T&P and transport required for repair shall be provided by the contractor. (c)The complaints of internal electric of one qtr will be considered one Job. (d)The penaltyshallbe applicable to the contractor if the delay is noticed byEngineer-In Charge more than12 Hrs after handing over the work of urgent nature to the contractor.(e) Please not that this penaltyis exculsivelyother thanconditions 56 IAFW-2249 & shall be treated as interimconditionof the contract & Shallinforceable as andelayin individualjob is noticed & no cliam whatever on his account shallbe entertained by the dept. The decisionof the accepting officer in this regard shallbe final& binding. |
