| 1 | Providingpandal to facilitate voters to stand in queue or for sitting space for voters onElection day. The Pandal shall be erected on GI pipe frame work supported on wooden ballies/steel props with decorative cloth at the ceiling level supported on vertical wooden ballies/steel props. The vertical supports shall be covered with decorative cloth for the full height. The Pandal shall be erected one day prior to the day of poll and shall be kept till the end of the polling process as per the instructions of the Engineer- in- Charge. The Pandal shall be dismantled and the area shall be cleaned with removal of rubbish after the end of the poll. |
| 2 | Providing waterproofing material / G.I sheet over the pandal including transportation, material, labour for erection & removing it after the end of the poll. |
| 3 | Providing vertical cloth pardi/kanath of 2.5 mts height. The pardi to be errected for the pandal as per the instruction of the Engineer-in- charge complete |
| 4 | Providing / constructing voters Assistance Booth ( V.A.B) at the entrance of the polling station to house the B.L.O for assisting the voters . Rate is inclusive of providing signages made of flex material indicating the details about the polling station . |

| 6 | Providing and fixing tubelights inside the pandal on hire charges inclusive of fixing in position .The lighting arrangement and wiring should be done through a licensed electrical contractor and test report certificate to the effect shall be submitted to the office .The installation shall confirm to IS :1646:1992 nO.cable joint should be left exposed but should be carefully covered with insulation tape osr junction box duly covered .The wiring should be drawn through rigid PVC conduits .Twisted and trapped joints shall not be permitted .Armoured cable with Aluminium or copper conductors can be used instead of wiring through rigid PVC conduits. |
