32M&L, hard core of broken stone or boulders, gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.
33M&L for 100 mm thick Cement Concrete (1:4:8), D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase/hardstanding complete all as specified and directed.
34M & L for construction of unreinforced, plain cement concrete pavement having flexural strength of 4 Mpa over a prepared subbase or base, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with screed board concrete vibrator, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation by floating, brooming with wire brush including provision for contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing all as per clause 602 of the MORTH Specifications for Road and Bridge (Fifth revision published by IRC, 2013 Edition) complete all as specified and as directed.
35M&L, Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints (Thickness of concrete slab is 200mm) filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.
36M&L, Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 100mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound, Grade "A" complete all as specified and directed.
37Spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.
