1Carrying out ground water survey to locate and identify suitable site (point) for potable and good yieldwater by any government approved departments complete all as directed.
2Material and labour for Drilling bore hole by means of using reverse rotary reamers bore hole of nomimal bore 200 and upto 300 MMdia in any type of strata including cost of bentonite powder, drilling shall be done by mud flash rotating equipment and bore shall be unsealed at least for 72 hours to the entire depth of bore holes, depth of bore hole from 0 to 60 meters depth including sub soil complete and removal of drilled/ boared materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, spreading levelling and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed.
3All as per item No. 2 here in above but depth of bore hole exceeding 60 metre but not exceeding 200 meter. Note for serial No. 2.00 to 3.00 :- (a) The pilot bore wells shall be drilled on tentative location as approved by GE. Tentative location which shall be obtained from Geological department of GWS & SB by the contractor. (b) If the yield is insufficient as considered by GE then pilot bore shall be drilled at new place as directedby GE. Payment shall however be made only for drilling as per actual work done. (c) Rig, tools and plants etc., required for completion of work and their cartage shall be included in rates quoted. (d) Collection of soil strata at every 3m depth or change in strata met with during the bore shall be plotted against the depth on a tracing paper in the form of strata chart and blue print in sextuplicate shall be submitted to department for record. (e) Actual depth of final bore shall be decided based on the result of TDS report. (f) Soil/ strata testing report shall be done through Geo hydrology department for water aquifier details of the location if required and submitted to the Engr in charge.
4Material and labour for electro logging test to define strata and quality of water by using logger equipment including all necessary arrangements for chemical analysis, bactriological test of sample of yield obtained from plot to astertain potability of water complete all asdirected. Note:- The contractor shall submit electrologging results from authenticated Govt institute/ CGWB for approval of GE.
5Material and labour strata sample (at every 3 meters depth) one set in suitable box pattern, earth sample strata should be produced as per IS and submitted to the department. The box shall be 2nd class hard wood with suitable locking arrangements complete all as directed.
6Flushing out water from sucessful bore well continously 10 hours until all dust and mud particles bail out from the bore and carry out yield test with "V" notch methodincluding all necessary arrangements for testing and developing till clean and sand free discharge of water is obtained complete all as directed.
7Supply lowering and jointing 175 mm (7") dia UPVCcasing pipes having outer dia 200 mm with wall thickness minimum 10 mm conforming to IS-12818-2010 including jointing with necessary fittings and fixtures of pipe complete all as directed.

11Supply, Installation, lowering, testing and commissioning submersible pumping set having discharge capacity 125 LPM at 130 mtr head complete with submersible motor of size 3 HP and upto 5 HP, singlePhase 220 volt and connecting to column pipe by means of nipple/ reducer complete all as specified and as directed Notes:- (i) Lowering pipe and cable will be measured and paid separately. (ii) The capacity of pump set mentioned in tentative and there is a possibility to change the capacity and specification of the pump set depending on the yield of the bore well. Tenderer will take procurement action for pumps based on yield test results. (iii) Prior approval of the accepting officer will be obtained if there is any change in the specification of pump set. (iv) Discharge of pump will be decided according to yield of bore well by accepting officer.
12Supply and fix PVC insulatedand PVC sheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable for submersible pump set, conforming to IS - 864 of size 3 core 2.5 sqmm, 1100volts grade, including necessary water proof connection to submersible pump at cable lead complete all as specified and directed.
13Supply and fix CPVC submersible column pipe10KG/Cm2 "Standard Duty" of length 3 meter each, square threaded at both male & female ends and with separate integral female threaded coupler, pipe being of nominal size 2" (i.e. outer diameter of 53.9mm to 54.10mm) and wall thickness at end being 4.9 mm to 5.5mm, complete all as specified and directed by GE.
14S&F of steel rope in submersible bore wells from motor to top edge of the bore well of size 6 mm dia (Multi wire stainless steel) for holding of submersible pump motor set, complete all as specified and directed.
15Supply and fix DOL starter three phase, over load relay, single phase preventer, contactor capacitor, voltmeter, ammeter ON and OFF push button including enclosure and fixing arrangement suitable for 5 HP submersible pump complete all as specified and directed.
16Supplying, filling and packing pea gravel of size 3.00 mm to 6.00 mm around casing pipe complete all as specified and directed
17Material and labour bail plug, well cap and MS iron clamps sutabile as per casing pipe complete all as and directed.
18Supply and lay pipe galvanized, “Medium class”, with fittings including cutting and connecting to branch pipe complete of size 40mm dia.laid in tranches all as specified and directed.
19Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm, 2 core
20Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr deep and n.exc 1.5 mtr wide for laying of HT cable, poles, pipes etc and getting out including of dressing/trimming sides and levelling, grading and ramming of bottom excavation complete all as specified and as directed.
21Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil after laying the cable complete all as specified and as directed.
22Removingexcavated material not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed, at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
23M&L for fine and dry sand cushioning for underground cable by providing a layers of sand 8cm deep before laying and 15cm deep after laying the cable including stretching the cable complete all as specified and as directed.
24M & L brick protection cover cable of "Sub class "B" laid dry over cable (length of brick shall be laid across the length of cable) complete all as specified and directed.
