Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering two coats with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer, incl applying additional coats wherever reqd to achieve even shadeand colour.

Hacking of CC flooring incl cleaning for surface etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size of tile 600x600 mm in floor (th to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand and manufaturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm th cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqmm incl grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments trowel, plier, wedge, clips of reqd th, leveling sys and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.
