    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Scope Of Work & Terms And Condition For Load Testing, Inspection & Certification Of Eot Crane / Hoist Of Gcf 1. Load Testing, Inspection & Certification Must Be Done As Per Factory Act 1948 & Mp Factory Rules. 2. The Firm / Engineer Must Be Authorized From Central / State Govt. To Carry Out The Test. ( Authorization Certificate To Be Enclosed At Time Of Bidding ) 3. The Firm / Engineer Will Arrange Labor Fitter To Carry Out The Test. 4. Firm Will Mark Safe Work Load ( Swl ) At The Eot Crane And Hoist And Date Of Test. 5. Load Testing, Inspection & Certification Of Eot Crane / Hoist Will Be Carry Out Every Year 6. The Contract Will Be For Two Years I.E. Testing Must Be Done Two Times In The Period Of Two Years Of Contract As Per Due Date. 7. After Testing The Firm / Contractor / Engineer Will Issue Test Certificate As Per Testing Result. 8. Firm Will Submit Their Bill After Completion Of Test And Submission Of Test Report For Part Payment After Yearly Testing. 9. Payment Will Be Made After Completion Of Work Against Work Completion Certificate Issued By Go / Do / Mm Section. 10. Lodging / Boarding And Conveyance Will Not Arrange By Factory For Firms Engineer / Representative. 11. List Of Eot / Hoist Crane Enclosed As Per Annexure A Total Quantity :
