Cleaning of outside surface of engine. 3. Disassembling of complete engine. 4. Inspection of entire inner portion of engine. 5. Replacement of piston set with ring. 6. Inserting of liner set (Lathe work). 7. Repairing of crank shaft. 8. Repairing of head (Lathe work). 9. Replacement of main bearing of crank shaft and head work. 10. Repairing of V/v guide (lathe work). 11. Replacement of all related rocker, push rod etc. 12. Replacement of oil seal. 13. Replacement of cam shaft. 14. Replacement of all gaskets. 15. Assembly of complete engine, filling of engine oil and coolant. 16. Engine assembling work by fitment of new spares as mentioned in scope of work page 24-25 of NIT. 17. Starting and testing of engine thereafter. 18. Fitment of engine in RT40 crane sl. No. 4116 at Kusmunda Project. Note: Price must be quoted in lumpsum amount in totality for the above work. |
