(Area of door upto 2.00 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking best quality sliding bole 250mm diahaving transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws,etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware"s and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Glass shall be paid separately) Note: For UPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. |
| 8 | Supply and fixing UPVC glazed door made out of hollow chambered UPVC sections having isolated drainage and reinforced throughout with galvanised steel the corners shall be mitre cut and fusion welded and grooved for aesthetic finish.the outer frame of the bug mesh system shall be made out of UPVC sections having an overall size of 60 mm x48 mm (only on hinge side) and must have wall thickness of 2.2 mm.They shall be provided with "C" type section, galvnised steel throughout the sections (except corners) of minimum 2mm thickness and having the dimensions 25mm x 14mm.Two humbers horizontal T-mullion of size 76mm x 60 mm shall be provided to add strength.The glazing provided shall be of an epoxy coated SS mesh.The but mesh system shall be complete with all necessary hardware like C handle alongwith aldrop the fixing of bug mesh on the putty/plastered wall shall be with the help of nylon fasteners having size of 8 mm x 100mm (brick wall only).All gaps on the sides of window after fixing shall be closed with the help of weather sealants/silicones/gap fillers (cannot be done where excessive tapering is found).The brand of UPVC shall be Plastone (T-60 series) of equivalent as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed. |
