Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately
28Supply only, integral water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 complete @3% by weight of cement on roof, parapet/ vertical surfaces and like complete all as specified and directed.
29Material and labour for preparing new plasteredor un-plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.
30Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface of any description exc. 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
31Supply and fixing finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade : new work (two or more coat applied@ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm in camouflage pattern complete all as specified and directed
32Supply and fixing acoustics panel on roof as false ceiling and covering on the two sides of the shed comprising of 25mm thick plyboard, 50mm thick shredded rubber ballistic panel & above that 25mm thick acoustic panel made up of aphony fibrette to be fitted on the ceiling and the sides of the shed using nut bolting/self-screw/tapered screw :- (i) 25mm thick plyboard as per make mentioned in Appx "B". (ii) 50 mm thick shredded ballistic rubber panels IS : Mark (SUNFLEX Make or any equivalent make (with test report). (iii) 25-30 mm thick acoustics panels of aphony fibrette (Himalayan Acoustics) or any equivalent make as approved by GE. Note : Shredded ballistic rubber panel shall be fixed after satisfactory test report from TBRL. The cost of testing shall deemed to be included in rate quoted & nothing extra is admissible on dues account.
33Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core sheathed PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100V grade multi-stranded copper conductor ISI marked of code red, Yellow and blue for phase, black for neutral and green for earth of ISI marked drawn through and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit of suitable size including accessories ISI marked concealed in wall/ ceiling including PVC insulated copper cable for earth continuity conductor of same type and size and connected to earth dolly including provision of not less than 1.2mm thick MS sunk terminal box of suitable size shall be covered with 3mm thick bakelite laminated sheet cover for mounting switches/ sockets and regulators etc for one light/ ceiling fan/ wall mounting fan/ exhaust fan/ call bell/ bell point/ building light controlled by one switch one way including making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cutting chases for laying of conduit, 1.2mm thick MS termination box/ sunken box, 3mm thick bakelite laminated sheet, brass screw, washer etc and making good to walls, floor etc will be included in the above quoted rates
34All as per Srl item No. 2.31 here-in-before but for one socket outlet three pin 5/6 Amps, controlled by one switch on independent board.
35Supply and fixing switch piano ISI marked flush type single pole, one way, 6 Amps, 240V as per IS : 3854/1997 with latest amendments complete all as specified and directed

40Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure with double door flush mounting, MCB, DB, SPN, 4 Ways, 240V, ISI marked volt factory fitted with 200 Amp rated bus bars, earth bar, neutral links complete including blanking plates as required and making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed
41Material and labour for earthingcomplete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode600 x 600 x 6mm thick buried in ground vertical to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized GI wire of size 4mm dia and 15mm dia bore 7.5 mtr long light grade GI protection pipe for earth strip and GI watering pipe 40mm dia medium grade from the top edge of earth plate fixed with deep cut onone end of pipe and fix from earth plate up to one feet above ground level of other end and plugged watering pipe at top with MS cap and grouted in PCC 1:2:4 of size 30 x 30 x 30cm etc and 15cm alternate layer of charcoal and salt around all sides of earth plate all as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR part I of 2009. Notes : (a)The unit rate shall include for protection pipe, GI water pipe, wire mesh, funnel and excavation. RCCpit cover ,test point, and GI earth/ strip, 4mm dia galvanized iron from top of earth plate upto 5m above ground level and if GI protection is less than 5 meter, no price adjustment shall be made. (b) PCCpit shall be provided at least 50 cm away from the earth pitand not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of waterpipes and fittings, junction, elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (c) If the testing result of earthingwork is not been found satisfactory then the contractor shall do other earthing work at his own cost and nothing shall be permissible on this account. (d)Earthing work will be carried out in presence of MES representative.
