4Cupfold Scaffolding
5Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Officer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item is to be done.
6RCC Repair
7Unsound Concrete & Chipping of Concrete (AllExposed RCC Surface Repair)
8Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Officer-In-Charge. Average 50mm Thickness is being considered for measurement.
9Rust Remover, Anti-corrosive & Protective Coating for reinforcement
10Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust-free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Officer-In-Charge. Bars above 12 mm diameter
11Epoxy bonding for Old Concrete & New Concrete bonding
12Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Officer-In-charge complete in all respect. Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20sqm/kg of approved make
13PMC for Patch Repair
14Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make @ minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) modified plain/reinforced cement concrete for structural members having minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] with specified average thickness. 50mm thick in Grade M 25 with cement content not less than 330 kg per cum.

16Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqmeters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Officer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)
17Strengthening of Column by CarbonWrapping
18Supply and apply a stitched, one directional, high strength FRP fabric or equivalent in single layer on cross girder as per specification after surface preparation by rounding off sharp edges to 25 mm radius and cleaning it properly including thixotropic epoxy based impregnating resin / adhesive Sikadur-330 (IN) or equivalent for low density fabric for base and top coat. Wrapping the CFRP fabric to RCC member at desired orientation using tamping rollers to avoid any airvoids etc. and sprinkling sand over it as per direction and satisfaction of Officer-in-charge. CFRP product used shall have minimum requirements: tensile strength (nominal) = 3800N/mm2; tensile E – modulus = 2.3x105 N/mm2; elongation at break (nominal): 1.7%; fabric design thickness = 0.25 mm. CFRP = 400 GSM
19Cement-polymer composite coating (CPCC)

23Providing and inserting 12mm dia galvanised steel/PVC injection nipple in honeycomb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diameter (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole and crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Officer-in-charge
24Sealing of Voids if found after RCC Jacketing
25Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/ masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Officer-in-Charge. 26Wall Protection
27Removal of plaster from wall
28Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.
29Surface Preparation & Pointing of existing brickwork
30Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or replastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Officer-in-Charge.
31Application of priming layer
32Before application, the surface should be primed with Hydroproof Xtra as follows:1 part of Hydroproof Xtra : 2 parts of Water : 4 parts of Cement @ coverage of 16-17m2 for 1L of Hydroproof Xtra. .(cement in client’s scope)
33Application ofTwo component cementitious, elastomeric coating
34Supplying and applying two coats Two component cementitious, elastomeric coating, The material should be capable to arrest water/seepage from positive&negativesideofwall when applied to either side. The material should have declared water resistance from positive side: 50 m head of water tested as (DIN 1048)Pt 5 & from negative side: 30 m head of water (ITM / FTM-181), Static crack accommodation : 0.9 mm, Mixed density : 1950 kg/m3,COdiffusionresistance(Taywoodmethod):>50.Thefirstcoatshouldbe allowedtocureforaminimumof5hoursat20°C or3hoursat35°Candlongeratlower temperatures. Allow to cure the Coating for at least 3 Days.The total coating thickness will be 2mm in 2 coats.
35Application of Protective Plaster
36Providing and applying plastering with CM 1:4 admixed with integral waterproofing admixture CONPLAST WL at 125 ml/bag of cement recommended over treated surface at a minimum thickness of 15mm as per site requirement. (cement and sand in client’s scope
