Due to multiple cracks found in 2nos 10-Ton x 25mtr EOT Crane girder, it is required to be modified as per provided Detailed Drawings by AM/NS (Drawing no-SX-01-0011) 2. Plane plate of required thickness will we provided by AM/NS team as per drawing. 3. 2nos 10-ton x 25mtr span crane need to be dismantle using mobile crane. 4. Crack part of girders needs to be cut <(>&<)> removed as per drawing and new part need to be fabricated from plane plates provided by AM/NS team <(>&<)> then plate preparation (Including cutting, grinding, drilling) <(>&<)> welding needs to be done with existing girder as per drawing. 5. If CT Rail line is coming in heat affected area that needs to be removed and then to be fix again after Gantry repairing work. 6. Any electrical parts coming in heat affected area needs to be remove before cutting. 7. Crane wheels parallelity and diagonal alignment need to be check and if there is any deviation that also needs to be rectified. 8. Fastner checking for whole crane structure needs to be done before installation. 9. One coat of primer and 2 coat of final paint is required for whole crane which will be in the scope of vendor (Supply of paint and Painting job both) (RAL 2009 down glow). 10. RT <(>&<)> UT needs to be performed and certification is required for the same wherever repair work has been done. 11. After repairing work, crane needs to be installed and commissioned. 12. Load testing <(>&<)> Deflection test needs to be done after installation. (Dead Weight and lifting tackles required for this job will be in the scope of AM/NS) 13. All site clearance to the work will be provided by AM/NS Team. 14. Necessary work permits required to complete the job will be provided by AM/NS based on companys safety standard which, strictly needs to be followed. Note For Vendor: - • All mechanical and electrical work required to complete this job will be in the scope of vendor. • Vendor should replace bolts and washers wherever missing. (Bolts and washer will be provided by AM/NS Team) • Consumable items like welding electrodes, cutting set and other materials required to complete the job will be in the scope of vendor. (Material should be of approved make by AM/NS team). • Mobile cranes, scissor lift, etc. required to complete the job will be totally in the scope of vendor. • All tools and tackles, stool required for crane modification work will be in the scope of vendor. • All required job needs to be done under the supervision of EOT crane fabrication <(>&<)> Erection expert provided by the vendor. • Work Must be completed within stipulated timeline as per Job Order. • Plane plate for modification will be provided for AM/NS rest all consumables will be in the scope of vendor.
