| 1 | Complete maintenance of the entire garden features in the garden area/landscape area i.e Lawn trees , shurbs,hedges,flowerbeds , creepers , potted plants, beds , etc. including hoeing , pruning replacement of plants, gap filling , watering, mowing of lawn, cutting/clipping ofhedges/edges, Making topairy of plants, cleaning of lawn area with removal of tree waste/dead leafs etc. from compound by brooming , weeding out lawn by removal of all weeds and other wild growth with roots by forking preparation of beds , removal of garden waste by dumping at nearby minicipal dumping ground , applying inserticide, pesticide and fertilizer, manure (wherever required excluding the cost of material) with purning of trees as permissible without aapproval of forest authority upto reachable height with all safety measures on direction of E-in-c , Removal of fallen tree/branches from trees. Maintenance of other garden related works as directed by officer-in-charge. Painting of earthen pots with snowcem and cement pots by paint i/c cost of paint and snowcem (Paint once in six months or as required by E-in-c.) Applying kerosene oil at waterlogged areas in garden or in potted plant (Kerosene oil to avoid mosquito breeding i/c cost of kerosene oil required if any non compliance in duty found to stop the mosquito breeding on the behalf of Agency , he shall be responsible for the action / fine as imposed by local authorities. (Note :- Good earth manure, fertilizer etc. are to be supplied by department but item i/c cost of labour , mali , Beldar , all tools and plants , grass cutting machine , brush cutter , cost of fuel for running grass cutting machines , mobil oil , brooms for cleaning , kerosene oil , gunny cloth , paint, snowcem, brush , carriage of T&P, dumping malba with in 50metres lead etc ) (Minimum mali to be deployed by Agency as mentioned in item , necessary recoveries shall be made if failure noticed in execution of work andabsence of mali found , decision of E-in -C shall be final in this regard)(A)Minimun two mali are to be deployed by the agency to carry out the work at AGR Bunglow such as T-28A,35,37,39,,43,45 & 5HCM locations and (other senior officers on urgent situation basis as and when required at AG Road) |
