2Transportation of pre-stressed concrete sleepers of B.G. track size 2750 x 154 / 270 x 235 mm to anywhere in port area by lorry or other means including carriage and handling, loading, unloading by mechanical means (i.e. by crane) and stacking at nominated place as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete including tools, plant and labour charges. Up to and including 5 Kms. lead
3Transportation of Special size Pre-stressed concrete sleepers for points and crossings and approach to any where in port area by lorry / by means of mechanical means (i.e., by crane) or other means including loading, unloading and stacking at nominated place as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete including tools plant and labour charges.upto and including 5 km lead
4Replacing and renewing the existing worn out rails with new 52 kg rails within 30 m lead including drilling holes to the rails to suit the fish plate holes and fixing the new rails in place of removed rails with 90 R / 52 kg rails to the existing track with dog spikes / keys to the required gauge, cant and level bolting and tightening the joints, slewing to the required alignment and minor levelling etc., including removing and stacking the released rails and fittings etc., at the nominated place or yard within a lead of 30 m., lift etc., complete as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including tools, plant under traffic working conditions. Labour charges only.
5Replacing the existing wooden sleepers/ steel sleepers / PSC sleepers with new pre-stressed concrete sleepers within a lead of 30 m fixing them to the rail in place of released sleepers with grooved rubber pads, MS liners and elastic rail clips supplied by the department and minor packing the sleepers to required guage, line and level including removing, stacking the released wooden/steel/ PSC sleepers etc., after removing bearing plates, spikes, keys, elastic rail clips etc., within a lead of 30 m at a nominated area as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge under traffic working conditions including tools and plant. Labour charges only.
6Linking of B.G.track with 3-Panel welded joints for 60kg/52Kg/90R rails on new Prestressed concrete sleepers with M+7 density with grooved rubber pads, M.S.liners and elastic rail clips including spreading of concrete sleepers, pairing and seating rails, bolting joints and fixing with liners and elastic rail clips to the gauge, slewing to the alignment, leveling etc., including all leads and lifts, tools and plant etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (labour charges only.)
7Linking of Points and crossings B.G. Track 1 in 8½ with 60 kg/52 Kgrails on PSC layout with optional bearing plates, gauge, cant etc., complete at site as per the IRS drawing including spreading special size sleepers to the correct spacing, seating, switches, crossings and joining rails with bolts and nuts spiking, check railing opposite to wing rails, fixing point lever box with locking arrangements cutting and drilling holes to rails wherever necessary slewing to the alignment, nominal level, packing with ballast, joining the approaches etc., including all leads and lifts etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete including tools, plant and labour charges only.
8Gas cutting rail flanges of 90 R / 52 kg at p-way yard / stack yard as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including supply of necessary gas, handling, cutting, tools and plant etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge,complete.All labour and materials.
9Drilling holes upto 32 mm dia. to B.G. Rails web 60 kg/52 kg Of B.G. Track, at p-way stores / stack yard including handling of rails in full length (upto 13 m) within a lead of 30 m and lift as required for drilling holes by means of drilling machine, stacking the drilled rails within 30 m asrequired and as directed by the Engineer-in-Chargecomplete including tools, plant.
10Dismantling existing one side check railing to the rails of B.G. track (wooden / PSC sleepers) with 52 kg/90 R rails including removing all rails, check bolts and nuts, check blocks, fittings, fastenings etc., including stacking the released rails and fittings etc., withina lead of 30 m at a nominated place or yard, lift etc. complete as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge under traffic working conditions including tools, plant and labour charges only.
11Check railing for one side rails of the B.G. Track with 60kg / 52 kg rails, wooden / PSC layout, positioning of checkrails inside, jointing, check bolting with check blocks, washers, spiking, cutting of rails, maintaining level, alignment etc., as required complete including drilling holes for fish joints to the rails, all leads and lifts as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge under traffic working conditions including tools and plant. Labour charges only.
12Supply of moorum or gravel at site of work including stacking etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.All labour and materials.
13Supply of crushed dust at site of work including stacking and spreading in between tracks within a lead of 350 m and lift of 2 m etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials.
14Supplying and stacking of machine crushed granite metal ballast or 50 mm size at site of work along permanent way tracks as required and asdirected by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete with all leads and lifts. All labour and materials.
15Spreading ballast of granite metal along and across the p-way tracks within a lead of 50 m and lift of 2 m and as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Under traffic working conditions including tools etc., complete. Labour charges only.
16Spreading gravel, gedda sand or cinder or crusher dust along and across the P-way tracks. within a lead of 50 m and lift of 2 m and as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Under traffic working conditions including tools etc., complete. Labour charges only.
17Packing B.G railway track of pre-stressed concrete sleepers with metal ballast / gravel / crusher dust including lifting the track in stages so as to keep a ballast cushion of 25cm deep underneath the sleepers and packing the sleepers below the rail seat, slewing to the alignment 2nd packing throughout the length of the sleepers, slewing to the final alignment, to the required cant, gauge, level, picking up slacks, boxing and dressing complete as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge under traffic conditions including plant, tools and labour charges only.

24Renewal of existing worn out 60 kg/52 Kgcrossings body with new 1 in 8½ / 1in 12, 60kg/52 Kg /crossing body within a lead of 30 m to the existing points & crossings with round spikes/plate screws to the required gauge, cant, level and tightening the joint bolts including removing and stacking the released crossing body and fittings etc., at the nominated place or yard with in a lead of 30 m including packing the crossing portion as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including tools, plant and labour charges only under traffic working conditions.
25Renewal of existing worn-out 60Kg/52 Kg pair of switches i.e., stock rails with Tongue rails with new 1 in 8½ / 1 in 12, 60kg / 52 Kg pair of switches within a lead of 30 m to the existing points and crossings with round spikes/plates screws to the required gauge, cant, and level and tightening the joint bolts including removing and stacking the released pair of switches and fittings etc., at the nominated place or yard within a lead of 30 m including packing switches portion as required and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including tools, plant and labour charges only under traffic working conditions.
26Packing BG railway track of pre-stressed concrete sleepers with metal ballast / crusher dust including 8 cm lifting and packing rectifying minor alignments, through packing the sleepers to the required level, picking up slacks, boxing and dressing including removing of vegetation on both sides of the track to a distance of 0.75 m from the edge of ballast / crusher dust complete as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge under traffic working conditions including tools & plant and labour charges.
27Packing B.G. Railway track of Pre-stressed concrete sleepers with metal ballast / crusher dust including 15 cm lifting and packing rectifying minor alignments, through packing the sleepers to the required level, picking up slacks, boxing and dressing including removing of vegetation on both sides of the track to a distance of 0.75 m from the edge of ballast / crusher dust complete as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge under traffic working conditions including tools & plant and labour charges.
28Through fastening renewal of PSC track i.e., elastic rail clips, grooved rubber pads and GFN/MS liners including rectifying gauge and picking up slacks, as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, etc.,complete under traffic working conditions including tools, plant and labour charges only.
29Dismantling existing PSC B.G. Track laid with 60kg/52 Kg rails including removing all rails, PSC sleepers, fittings, fastening etc., including stacking the released rails, sleepers and fittings etc., within a lead of 30 m at nominated place or yard, lift etc. complete as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge under traffic working conditions including tools, plant and labour charges only.
30Pulling back creep including re-spacing of displaced sleepers average creep 6" on both sides on ordinary track and over hauling the simple turnout of 1 in 81/2 points and crossing etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
31RCC M-30 for pre-cast units using 20 mm graded granite metal of approved quality as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate including mixing, depositing in position, tamping, finishing, curing cost of super plasticizer etc., including necessary boxing as required, transportation to any where in Port area by lorry or other means up to and including 5 KM. lead handling, loading, unloading by Mechanical means (i.e. by crane) lifting and placing in position etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete. All labour and materials but excluding cost of reinforcement.
32Supplying, placing and maintaining in position ribbed tor steel or mild steel reinforcing bars varying from 6mm to 40 mm dia. including straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills with annealed steel binding wire of 18 guage(1.22mm dia.) including cost of binding wire, transportation to site etc., as directed by the Enginer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.
33Plain cement concrete M 20 mixusing 20mm graded granite metal of approved quality as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate including mixing, depositing in position, vibrating or tamping, finishing, curing etc., in encasing rail posts and structural steel members, staircase steps, copings or similar type of works including boxing etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete. All labour and materials.
34Picking up slacks (this includes opening, packing and boxing of loose sleepers and joints and centres, weeding of grass etc.,) of the length opened as required and asdirected by Engineer-in-Charge under traffic conditions including tools and labour charges only.
35Fixing dead end buffer(buffer stop) to the B.G track including cutting of rails, drilling of holes to the rails, bolting, fixing, etc., including all leads and lifts as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete including tools, plant. Labour charges only.
36Shifting or slewing of B.G. track laterally upto a shift of½metre including opening of track, slewing of track in stages to the required alignment, squaring of sleepers, and levelling, regauging wherever required including tools and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge under traffic working conditions complete.
37Greasing of fish plates, including cleaning of rail web, fish plates oiling of bolts and nuts and tightening of fish bolts etc., including tools and plants etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Complete, labour charges only.
38Surface dressing of the ground insoft / loose soil including removing vegetations and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. etc., as required and asdirected by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
39Earth work in surface excavation in Hard/dense soils not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m lead and lift upto 1.5 m disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
40Earthwork in excavation over areas (Soft/ Loose soil) exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressedetc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
41Removing C.C. Blocks in pavements carefully without damaging the blocks and reuse the same wherever necessary including removing the mortar joints around block and stacking them within a lead of 50 m. as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete.
42Paving with cement solid blocks of size 30 x 15 x 15 cm including laying the same to the required line and level on a bed of 12.50 mm graded granite metal and grouting the 10mm thick joints with clean dry screened river or gedda sand and flushing with water using jet pump etc., including rolling with power roller as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials but excluding cost of 12.50 mm graded granite metal bed and cement concrete blocks.
43Transportation of debris/excess earth including loading, unloading, stacking, and levelling at the unloaded place with initial lead & lift etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete to a lead of 4km
44Regular maintenance of Railway tracks i.e., tightening of loosen fish bolts, crossing body bolts, slide chair bolts, replacement of wornout fish bolts, GFN liners and GR pads including checking of all railway lines daily at one p.way gang jurisdiction in VPA as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

53Supply of welding portions passed by R.D.S.O including supply of Pre-fabricated moulds and other associated accessories like vent pipe etc., complete by road from firm"s works to the Port Railway yards nearest to the site of work including insurance, loading but excluding unloading and stacking at destination for using A.T welding as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge., complete.
54Conversion of single rail / SWR to 3 rail panels or longer panels on cess / in-situ by allumino Thermit S.K.V Process Welding including supply of skilled / artisan staff like welders,moulder chipper, lutter, aligner, striker/hammerman and adequate no"s of semiskilled labour and supplying petrol 1.6 ltrs/ joint for facilitating welding works ontrack by shifting the joint sleepers upto 30 cm. On either side providing suitable gap of about 23 mm to 25 mm. By pulling back of rail including removing keys, spikes and other fastenings as required and refixing the same after welding cleaning the rail ends, fixing the petrol tank, heating the rail ends by railway/approved contractors equipment and chipping excess materials if required, bringing the shifted joint sleepers to the specific spacing and packing them to required specification as directed including adjustment of required for welding aligning,levelling as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge etc., complete including contractors own files for filling after welding in running track, but excluding supply of welding portions.
55Supply of JCB (3D) Earth mover for excavation / levelling and removing debris / earth etc., including fuel, operator charges and incidental charges.All Labour and equipment, spares etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete. (Payment will be made for number of hours worked at site only)
56Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix (using 220 kg of cement per m3 of finished concrete) using 20mm graded granite metal of approved quality as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate including mixing, depositing in position, vibrating or tamping, finishing, curing etc., including form work (boxing) in bed blocks, plinth courses and similar types of works etc., asrequired and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete. 66Supply of Motor Truck for the transportation of all sorts of materials such as sand, gravel, metal, steel, cement, boulders, debris, furniture, water supply pumps and motors including fuel charges, driver charges etc., as required and asdirected by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. (payment wil be made for number of hours worked at site only)
67Dismantling RCC/PCC to the required lines and level by using mechanical equipment of jack hammer including necessary compressor equipment, cutting bits, fuel, operator charges, tools etc., or any other equipment machinery and removing the debries within a lead of 50m including cutting reinforcement bars and stacking useful materials, handing over the bars to stores etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete.
68Bailing out water from foundations/pipe line trenches with oil engine driven pump sets including hire charges,fuel charges and wages for the driver and helper as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge,.complete.
69Fabricating, welding or revetting or bolting steel built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting. drilling holes, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red-oxide paint etc.,as required and as directed by theEngineer- in-charge complete. 70Supplying iron works of bolts and nuts and washers including fixing as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge etc., complete. All labour and materials.
71Supply of R.C.C. plain end pipes 300 mm dia. of NP2 class (0.70 kg/cm2 pressure) confirming to IS Specification at site work as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.,complete. All labour and materials.
72Supplying of G.I. pipes (as per IS:1239) – 100 mm dia. Medium grade at site of work as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge., complete. All labour and materials.
73Suplying of MS. pipes (Black pipes) (as per IS: 1239) medium Grade - 65mm dia at site of work as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.,Complete. All labour and materials.
74Suplying of MS. pipes (Black pipes) (as per IS: 1239) - medium grade -80mm diaat site of work as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.,Complete. All labour and materials.
75Suplying of MS. pipes (Black pipes) (as per IS: 1239) - mediumgrade -100 mm dia at site of work etc.,as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge., complete. All labour and materials.
76Supplying galvanized Steel Wire Rope for DW signalling 6 x 19 ply as per IRS No. S.11 amended upto date for lifting barrier at level crossing gates, asrequired and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete. All labour and materials.
77Fabrication, supply and fixing of MS lock pins/bolts for stock and tongue rails made out of MS 40mm dia of length 200mm with head cutting, lathe machining, milling, drilling, welding the rod with MS flat of 6mm thick of suitable size as required at site with MS split pins/bolts and supplying of remaining ancillary materials required at for locking, including all taxes, lead, lift, loading and un loading , tools and plants, transportation, crossing of track whenever necessary etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete at site.
78Removing seized ERC from SGCI inserts of existing track by using suitable approved chemicals and / or heavy duty extractor and re-fixing it with lubrication of insert eye and ERC, as required and asdirected by engineer in-charge complete (due care shall be taken to avoid any damage to the sleeper)
79Improving track drainage by Shallow screening of existing ballast under traffic, as per Para 227 (2) (a) to (f) of IRPWM and Para 6.2-IV of LWR Manual, including removing the crib ballast in 50mm to 75mm depth below bottom of sleeper and complete shoulder ballast without breaking core under the bottom of sleeper, to recover clean ballast by screening on wire mesh and disposing off the muck including throwing & leveling, if required beyond minimum 5m from the edge of cutting which are upto 3m deep or alternatively carting it upto 50m for disposing it off beyond cutting or platforms away from the track, as directed by Engineer in-charge including cutting & making up the cess and ensuring proper drainage slope and then re-inserting cleaned ballast into track and compaction of shoulder and crib ballast by wooden mallet and dressing / profiling ballast as per railway specifications for sleeper density of 1540 sleepers/Km or more (M+7) as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
80Manufacturing and Supply of BG push trolley fit for track circuiting with all accessories at project site as required and as directed and as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. The push trolley should be of the following specifications.1. The chassis frame and seats/bench made from RHS Steel section. 2.The trolley roof should be collapsible with water proof material. 3. The axeles should be made of steel insulated at wheels. 4. The trolley lifting arrangement should be with handles provided for easy handling.5. The trolley should be detachable in parts for ferrying it on train. 6. The trolley should be provided with box to carry SSE/P.Way materials and attachments for carfrying gauge cum level instrument.
81Supplying and stacking at site of work for P-Way materials of 60Kg track following items including submit inspection certificate of RITES/RDSO/PDIL/CEIL along with supplying materials as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete. All labour and materials.
