Bore build up and machine to be done as per drawing no – KT16-10 (Bore diameter 215mm(H7), Bearing no – 22224). ·,,To provide Equipments, Engineers & Technicians required for performing the job. ·,,Accommodation, lodging, and boarding is in Vendor’s scope. ·,,To & Fro transport arrangement is in Vendor’s scope. ·,,The tentative date of job execution is 13.04.2024 and job will be executed on 24X7 basis. IMPORTANT NOTE: 1.,,Supervision for job execution at Plant site is in Vendor’s scope. 2.,,To ensure availability of required Safety PPEs to their Engineer / Supervisor / Technician (FRP Helmet, FRP Jacket, Safety shoe, Safety goggles, Safety hand gloves and Nose mask). 3.,,Engineer / Supervisor / Technician should follow all Safety norms of AM/NS India. 4.,,A certified Welding Machine with cable, tools & it’s consumables will be supplied by Contractor. Welding Electrode - 7018 OR Low hydrogen electrodes compatible with the mother bore can be used. 5.,,Rework if any in vendor’s scope. 6.,,No Pedestrian/Cycles/Two Wheelers movement will be allowed inside the Plant Premises. 7.,,Specific Penalty for non-performance by vendor and must be cardinally measured. a. Non-conformity of Work. b. Penalty will be imposed in case of noncompliance to HSE norms. c. Penalty will be applicable due to poor workmanship, safety violation, damage to AM/NS property from contractor side. Scope works for AMNS: 1. Co-ordination for shutdown and work permit is in AM/NS scope. 2. Provision of Drawing & Design is in AM/NS scope as per plant requirement. 3. Provide a working platform as per the concept details submitted. 4. Job certification for executed job is in AM/NS scope. (Inspection: Dimensions measurement and NDT). 5. Drinking water, Power supply, lighting facilities, etc. for workmen at Plant site is in AM/NS scope. 6. Hydraulic Power pack, jack are in AM/NS scope (if required). 7. Scaffolding if required,
