Drain out of transformer oil from 10 MVA transformer no.2 accurate make in empty oil tank at site including the work of loading unloading and carriage of oil tank to and fro.

Dismantling of HV & LV site bushing neutral bushing oil pipe line radiator conservator tank vent pipe etc. of 10 MVA T/F No.2

Providing & fixing of gaskets as per existing size, made of fiberized cark sheet, kotik/tal braze brand grade 007 and replacement old and damage gaskets per following part of 10 MVA T/F No.2

Removal of damaged packing of LV side bushing & replacement with new gaskets, its fixing after proper cleaning.

Removal of damaged packing of HV side bushing & replacement with new gaskets, its fixing after proper cleaning.

Removal of damage packing of neutral bushing & replacement with new gaskets, its fixing after proper cleaning.

Removal of damage packing of neutral bushing & radiators valve inside & outside, all pipe line etc. replacement with new gaskets and these after proper.

Removal of damaged packing of radiators air relishing plug replacement with new gaskets, its fixing after proper cleaning.

Erection with safe carriage and lifting of radiators consecrator with vent pipe of 10 MVA T/F after proper and its fixing also.

Centrifuging of transformer oil of 10 MVA T/F no. 2 make installed at 33/11 KV substation Gaughat.

Cleaning of T/F body and radiator etc. with cleaning agent there after two coat of red oxide primer and two coat of recommended green weather and heat prof paint.
