22Lightening Arrestor, P.I. & CT Structure : Fabrication of Lightening Arrestor, P.I. & CT Structure 3.5 mtr. in height as per Drg. digging of two no pits of size 1.075x0.9x0.3 mtr. providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the Structure in CC(cement coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge) of the ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075x0.3 mtr. including all civil material, T&P complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, shifting up to 40 Mtr., raising and erecting the two legs with runner on proper alignment and level and plumb. Both plinths of the structure shall be properly finished with smoothing of edges.
23Providing & Laying ,welding of G.I. strip 50x6mm size withLine Isolator structure.
24Isolator Structure: Fabrication of Isolator Structure 3.5 mtr in height as per Drg. digging of two no. pits of size 1.075x0.9x0.3 mtr. providing Stone Pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the isolator structure in CC(cement coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge) of the ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075x0.3 mtr. including all civil material, T&P complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, shifting up to 40 Mtr., raising and erecting the two legs with runner on proper alignment and level and plumb. Both plinths of the isolator structure shall be properly finished with smoothing of edges.(All decentralised materials to be provided by Contractor).
25Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of MS channel 100x50mm, 3.0 mtr. long joined to each other by means of 5 no. MS Flat 50x6mm pieces of size 150mm long each by welding at equal intervals as per drawing and grouting in block of size 300x300x700mm (1:4:8) complete. This includes providing of required MS Clamp made of MS Flat holding the cable including nuts & bolts and fixing of XLPE cable.
26Plinth of VCB : Construction of Plinth of size 2.0 mtrx1.5mtrx0.9mtr. suitable for erection of upper structure of 33KV VCB including grouting of anchor bolts in proper alignment and level. Scope of work includes excavation of foundation base concreting in CC 1:3:6 (cement, find sand & brick ballast) 1st class brick work in cement mortor ratio 1:4:8 (cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge).
27Earthing for power T/Fby way of boaring and lowering of 40mm dia, 2.9 mm thick GI Pipe from ground upto the water level (minimum 60 feet deep) as per standard practice as per REC Drg.
28Earthing of 11 KV, 33 KV Switchgears equpiment by lowaring and boring of Chemical Earting outsite of switchyard and connecting through G.I. Strip 50x6mm with indoor/outdoor equipments. (All the matrial provided by the contrertor)
29Repair and Whole Maintenance of Existing 33 KV VCB ,Control Relay Panneland Line/ Bus Isolator.( All Defective item /parts in all these equipments will be supplied and replacedby the contractor.)
30Installation of VCB: Installation of 33KV VCB complete work including commissioning & testing.
31Supply of Fixing of24 Volt Battery & Battery Charger with Cabinet.
32Making vertical/horizontal/ jumper connections using Panther Conductor with existing busbargantry through PG Clamps and connecting all equipments with each other through connecting clamps. The work includes all the jumpes from busbar toT/F (1no. T/F bay) ( Change Old Dog Jumper by Panther Conducter In the area of EDD- Biswan )PG Clamps Provided by the contractor.
33Drilling and Laying of 3x300 Sqmm 33 KV, XLPE insulated U/G Cable in HDPE Pipe size of 150 mm dia (Pipe to be laid by Diggingmethod) doublecircuit below minimum 1.5 mtr. Depth from ground level.(HDPE.Pipeto be provided by contractor)
34Laying of 33 KV, 3x300 Sqmm XLPE Cable (single circuit) by HDDmethod depth minimum 1.2 mtr. Below ground level.
35Laying of 33 KV, 3x300 Sqmm XLPE Cable (single circuit) by digging method depth minimum 1.2 mtr. Below ground level and 750 mm wide by excavation of earth. The work include supplying of fine sand ,bricks,stone slab ,refilling and ramming of the left out soil and levelling etc.,Spare cable shall be left and buried in the trench in the shape of rings at both ends. Cable laying work includes unrolling, cutting, making ring Making Joint Box by Cable Joint Kit Outdoor/ S/th.nd sealing both ends of the cable. (All the matrical provided by the contrector Expect Cable).

38Hoisting of 33 KV 3X300 Sq. mm. XLPE cable on double pole including G.I. pipe of size 6" dia 3 M long and its jumpering complete with clamps, nuts and bolts. (GI Pipe,clamps ,PG Clamps, nut bolt etc to be provided by contractor,)
39Installation of P.I. & Lightening Arrestors : Assembling, installation & mounting of 3 No.(1set) L.A. & Post insulator on the L.A & P.I. Structure/complete with making earth connections (separate) and line connections. The work includes fabrication for fixing if required.
40Installation of CT: Installation of 3 No.(1 set) CT on the CT Structure along with CT Junction Box. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing of C.T.Ifrequired and proper commissioning & testing.
41Installation of Isolators: Assembling and installation of line/ bus isolator on the isolator structure adjusting of opening mechanis in proper alignment so as to ensure smooth operation of the same. In case of line isolator proper operation of earth links shall also be ensured. The work includes fabrication & proper connection with earthmat by G.I. erth strip 50x6mmfor proper flexing if required.
42Shifting carefully and installation of 33KV Single Transformer Control Panel in Control Room including fixing, bolting & grouting of above as per requared and testing, commisioning satisfaction of site incharge.
43Laying & dressing of 11KV 3x300 Sq.mm U/G cable from 5MVA T/F to 11KV incoming Switchgear by excavation of earth in the trench 450mm wide, 900mm deep providing 150mm fine sand cushion belowthe cable. The cable shall be duly protected by bricks, sand & stone slab and refilling & ramming of the left out soil. Spare cable shall be left and buried in the trench in the shape of rings at both ends. Cable laying work includes unrolling, cutting, making ring ,Making Joint Box by Cable Joint Kit Outdoor/ S/th.and sealing both ends of the cable. (All the matrical provided by the contrector Expect Cable).
44Supply and laying of following size Armoured Copper Control Cable through underground/cable trench/trenching SGR interlinking through proper connections to T/F Control panel/protection board/Battery and Battery Charger/Bunch joints, Relay 33/11KV T/F junction Box/33KV VCB, CTs etc. as per site conditions: (All the matrical provided by the contrector).
