| 4 | Overhauling of earthing switches of SDF-425 isolator. |
| 5 | Installation of three phase shorting on 4” IPS AL. jack for pre-commissioning test. |
| 6 | Cleaning of pollution deposited on 400kV Generator Bay including insulator string grouted on T.G. hall A-Axis wall. |
| 7 | Overhauling of 400KV Sequential isolator including bearing. |
| 8 | Cleaning of CRP Panel, CT JB, Isolator JB, BMK |
| 9 | Following works shall be carried out on Overhaling of 400kV SF6 Circuit breaker and rewiring of pole to pole in unit no.11th : |
| 10 | Opening of Control and Power connections from control cubical and dismantling of BMK in Unit-11 |
| 11 | Erection of 3 no JB in each pole and wiring of same |
| 12 | Minor overhauling of 400kV SF6 Breaker in Unit-11 |
| 13 | Arrangement and deputation of Ex-BHEL (OEM) expert engineer (Manager rank) for erection. |
| 14 | Draining and filling of hydraulic oil in 400 KV SF6 breaker on unit No.11. |
| 15 | Dismantling of ‘Y’ phase interrupter and re-erection of spare interrupter in 200MW unit no. 11 400 KV SF6 Breaker |
| 16 | Replacement of main and pilot valve in ‘B’ phase 400 KV SF6 breaker of unit No.11. |
| 17 | Replacement of hydraulic motor pump set, micro switches, pressure release valve in 400 KV SF6 breaker of unit No.11. |
| 18 | Testing of Circuit breaker. |
| 19 | Retrofitting of 400 kV pentograph bus -I/II motorized drive mechanism in BTPS, Switchyard in BTPS switchyard, Obra |
| 20 | Dismantling of existing air operated drive mechanism from 400kV isolator. |
| 21 | Erection, testing and commissioning of 400kV isolator drive mechanism. |
| 22 | Painting of (one coat with primer & 2 coat aluminum coat) of 200MW Unit -11 of BTPS obra (Aprox area for 01 bay = 500 M2 ) |
