2Felling down carefully trees of girth (measured at a height of 1.0m above ground level) including necessary excavation, removal / destruction of roots, filling the excavated pockets thus formed with good earth, compacting the same, cutting the trunks and branches of trees into suitable pieces, transporting, stacking and disposing the same at the location as directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

4Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm to 45cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5m, etc., complete and as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge
5Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means infoundations trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) in all kind of soils up to the depths specified below, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.
6Upto 1.5m depth from average ground level
7Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift
8Lead charges upto 3KM or part thereof additional lead over the initial lead of 50 m by mechanical transport, including loading, unloading, stacking, the disposable soil, rock etc., Note: Measurement of lead charges will be based on truck measurement with a deduction of voids @20% and 50% for soils and rock or debris respectively etc., complete and etc., complete and as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

12Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material conforming to Grading-ii of MoRTH Table 400-1 including cost, (excluding seigniorage) cahrges and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavatopr/approved means at OMC and compacting with suitable means to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRTH Specification 401(5th revision and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note: ( Payment will be made based on levels for finished item of work).
13Plain Cement Concrete (P.C.C) M 10 by RMC using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland PozzolanaCement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 with Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 250 Kg/Cummanufactured by M/s. ACC/ Ultra Tech/ Raasi/ Birla/ Coromandal,with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc.,but excluding Formwork, etc., completeand as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
14Supplying and providing Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) manufactured byapproved RMC, Grade M - 30with Minimum Cementitious Content390 Kg/Cum up to specified height/level.The Cement used shall be Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland PozzolanaCement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 manufactured by M/s. ACC/ Ultra Tech/ Raasi/ Birla/ Coromandal.The Aggregates used shall be conforming to IS 383 with fine aggregates ascrushed stone sand andcoarse aggregates as graded stone aggregates with 20mm maximum size including mixing super-plasticizer manufactured byM/s. FOSROC/ SIKA/ BASF/ CICO in proportion as per Manufacturer"s Specifications.Also, includingPumping/Liftingconcrete to the required heights/levels, profile/slope, placing, consolidation, finishing,curing, etc.,but excluding Formwork and reinforcement etc., complete and as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
15Casting and fixing in position precast reinforced cement concrete covers of required size in RCC M-20 insitu mixing BY WEIGH BATCHER using ordinary Portland Cement conforming to IS 8112, (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coramandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP) manufactured sand, graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including mixing superplastizer (M/s. Fosroc, Demach, Huntsman, Pedilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT) in proportion as per manufacturer’s specifications including necessary shuttering, providing and fixing cover blocks of required sizes, consolidation finishing as specified, curing, making casting yard and curing tank, stacking carefully at casting yard and transporting to the site of use placing in position as shown in drawings, aligning, leveling, making good all the damaged surfaces etc., complete as directed for covers for storm water rains/trenches with and without holes.
16FORM WORK
17Providing centering and shuttering using steel shuttering plates at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horizontal, inclined including strutting, propping using steel pipes/acro stagging, removal, cleaning of the same for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying one coat of shuttering oil on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete etc., complete as directed for Foundation, pedestals, plinth beams, etc.

19REINFORCEMENT
20Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Reinforcement Steel Barsconforming to IS 1786 at and at all depths and heights,below and above FFL Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or moremanufactured by Tata/ Vizag steel/ Sail/ JSW/ JSPL/ Jindal Steels Ltd.,, includingtransport, loading and unloading, stacking, de-coiling, cleaning,straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars in position with chairs/space bars wherever required etc., with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire etc.,complete and as specified anddirected by Engineer- in-Charge.
21BRICK WORK
22Brick work using quality flyash (nonmodular) bricks of class designation 7.5conforming to IS12894 using cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116) at and at all depths below plinth level in foundation and in plinth, storm water drains, etc., simultaneous pointing with same mortar below ground level, and ranking out joints above ground level, curing etc.,complete as per specifications and as directed forsub structure etc.,
23PLASTERING
24Water proof plaster in cement mortar 1:3 ,with waterproofing compound make of ( M/s Fosroc , MBT, Sika, Sunanada Chemicals etc.) @ 2% by weight of cement including scaffolding, curing, hacking of concrete surfaces etc. Complete a) 15 MM thk for underground drains etc.
25Cement plastering 15 mm thick for internal walls in cement mortar 1:4(1 cement :4 river sand) finished smooth, and at all heights above plinth level over brick walls or concrete surfaces including making necessary grooves in between junctions of brick masonry and RCC and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface, preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as directed.
26Sand faced plaster 20 mm thick in 2 coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at and at all heights above plinth level as given below with base coat in above plinth level as given below with base coat in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 river sand) withapproved integrated water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement, of M/s. Fosroc/Demach/ Huntsman/ Pedilite/ SIKA Qualcrete / MBT or as per manufacturer’s specifications, 12 mm thick and finishing coat in CM 1:3, (1 cement : 3 river sand) 8 mm thick, final rendering, making necessary grooves, bands, drip moulds as required, double steel/tubular scaffolding wherever necessary, hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, etc., complete as directed.
27Providing and applying white cement based internal putty(lapam) of Birla/Jk of not less than thickness 1mm(one) of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
28PAINTING
29Wall & ceiling painting with premium acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.of Asian or equivalent in Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger brand, manufacture and shade over two coats of approvedprimer at all heights above plinth level including preparing the surfaces, scaffolding and cleaning, etc., complete and as directed.
30Painting exterior walls on sand faced plaster with two coats of antifungus and acrylic emulsion paint of Asian, Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger, of exterior quality haying 100% acrylic, of approved shade including preparing surfaces, external putty of Birla or its approved equivalent wherever required applying one coat of approved primer as per manufacturers specification, applying and filling cracks or wherever required for external filler, curing, scaffolding, cleaning, etc., complete
31DOORS
32Supplying and fixing in position at all floors integrated bronze anodised matt finished [15 micron thick], aluminium section [extruded] for aluminium doors/ sliding /ventilators/ top hung/ fixed / grill/ adjustable louvered/ windows as per drawing of approved manufactures with extruded sections of Jindal / Indal / Aluminax or other approved eqivalent sections with size and weights as shown in the drawing, for frames and shutters [including wastages if any] conforming to relevant I.S specifications with all approved Bronze anodised aluminium fittings and accessories, locking arrangements, 2 / 3 rollers with ball bearings for sliding shutters of approved quality all as shown in the drawing, including providing and fixing aluminium channel beading / glazing clips fixed with necessary bronze anodised screws, grouting the gap with thermocole & GE sealant etc. all complete generally as per drawings, specifications etc., all as directed by Engineer in charge. but excluding the cost of glazing, which will be paid separately.
33Providing and fixing glazing with 5 mm thick plain float glass of approved quality (Atul, Modiguard, Triveni, Hindustan Pilkington) including PVC lining as per the drawing and as directed for window shutters and ventilators.
34Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
35Supplying and fixing to wooden doors at and at all heights above plinth level approved 6 lever cylindrical mortice locks of Godrej make or approved equivalent make comprising brass body and all parts including sticking plates made of brass, stainless steel keys in duplicate, a pair of mortice lock handles of approved pattern of Godrej make or its approved equivalent make with approved cadmium plated brass screws of appropriate size etc., complete as directed.
36Supplying and fixing to doors at and at all heights above plinth level approved best quality anodized extruded aluminium hanging floor door Twin rubber stopper with rubber cushion (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc., complete for twin rubber stopper.
37Supplying and fixing to wooden doors etc. and at all heights above plinth level approved anodized extruded aluminium tower bolts conforming to relevant IS specifications (‘Classic’ or its approved equivalent) with approved cadmium plated brass screws of appropriate size etc., complete as directed.

39Supplying and fixing to wooden doors at all heights above plinth level approved anodized extruded aluminium handles with round grip and face plate conforming to relevant IS specifications and with ISI marking ‘Classic’/JYOTHI or approved equivalent and of size 150 mm (grip) with approved cadmium plated screws of appropriate size etc., complete as directed.
40Supplying only approved anodized extruded aluminium heavy quality butt hinges with S.S. pin generally conforming to IS specifications CLASSIC, JYOTHI make or approved equivalent make) of size 125 x 63 x 4 mm with cadmium plated wood screws of appropriate size etc., complete as directed.
41Supplying and fixing at and at all heights above plinth level hydraulic door closures of ‘EVERITE’/Godrej make or approved equivalent confirming to IS 3564 with all fixtures, fittings and approved screws of appropriate size etc., complete as directed
42DISMANTLING WORKS
43Dismantling/breaking the existing plain cement concrete surfaces carefully in flooring, ramp etc. to the required size, using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including disposing of debris within a distance of 50 m etc., complete as specified and directed.
44Dismantling very carefully the existing reinforced cement concrete at all depths and heights below and above plinth level using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including cutting the reinforcement and transporting bars to departmental stores disposing the debris within the lead of 50 m complete as specified and directed.
45Dismantling very carefully the existing Brick masonry in cement motor with plastering on both sides very carefully at depths/heights above/below plinth level by suitable methods including erection of suitable scaffolding, stacking of useful materials and disposing the unserviceable debris within the lead of 50m, etc., complete as specified and directed.
46DISMANTLING THE Acid tile including dismantling of bedding mortar, stacking of materials within 50 metres lead and disposing of debris within 50 m lead. etc., complete as specified and directed.
47Dismantlingdoors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead asdirected by Engineer-in-charge.
48Dismantling of FRP/MS stack 40 m height with supporting structure from the foundationlevel (Dismantling of RCC foundation not included), Its supporting truss members,in built up sections in angles, tees flats and channels etc, including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts cutting rivets, welding etc. by engaging one man lifter crane ( at least 40m height, 20m reach and 150 ton capacity) and Boom Lifter / Man lifter having reach 45m Height to hold the strake while dismantling and carry the dismantled portion to the ground level. Gas cutting to be used for dismantling by taking due precautions and adhering to safety measures.
49Dismantling of FRP/MS stack 12 m height with supporting structure from the foundationlevel (Dismantling of RCC foundation not included), Its supporting truss members,in built up sections in angles, tees flats and channels etc, including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts cutting rivets, welding etc. by engaging one man lifter crane ( at least 40m height, 20m reach and 150 tone capacity) and Boom Lifter / Man lifter having reach 45m Height to hold the stack while dismantling and carry the dismantled portion to the ground level. Gas cutting to be used for dismantling by taking due precautions and adhering to safety measures.
50Credit for buyback of dismantled stack and structural steel including loading, transportation out of NFC complete as directed by EIC. Note:- The Dismantled structural steel members will be the property of contractor and shall be taken out after clearance of EIC.
