12Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick using soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
13Removing excavated soils not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.
14Material and labour for dry river sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed . Note :- Punned thickness shall only be considered for payment
15M&L for laying well burnt old size bricks, sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan, laid flat with width equal to length of brick, laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.
16Deployment of tools & manpower for Boring of hole under road / pavement / hard standing or any other situation by manual means suitable for passing of 40 to 80 mm bore pipe and making good both ends all specified and directed
17M&L for 40 mm bore mild steel galvanised water tubing, light grade with all fittings and fixed to walls or laid onfloors / fixed to poles / or passing under road crossing, for protection of UG cable including taking down old GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
18M&L for 50 mm bore mild steel galvanised water tubing, light grade with all fittings and fixed to walls or laid onfloors / fixed to poles / or passing under road crossing, for protection of UG cable including taking down old GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
19M&L for 80 mm bore mild steel galvanised water tubing, light grade with all fittings and fixed to walls or laid onfloors / fixed to poles / or passing under road crossing, for protection of UG cable including taking down old GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
20Disconnecting faulty 1.1 KVLT cables of any size and any lengthfrom both ends Hiring of cable fault detector machine to detect exact position of fault , removal of Fault,Re-connections and testing of cables after removal of fault etccomplete as specified and directed. Note :(a) 1.1KVLT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b)Contractor or his rep shall come to the site of breakdown within one hour of notification of breakdownalongwith fault locating machine and manpower.In case the rep or contractor shall not come to the site of breakdown and not to start attending breakdown within 1.00 hour a penalty of Rs 1000 per fault per hour will be imposed over contractor and will be deduct from his dues.
21Taking outfaulty underground1100 Volt LT cable of different sizes after excavation and removing bricks of any size and relaying in the same trenches or re routing after rectification of fault by straight through joint complete all as directed. Note: (a) 1100Volt LTcable & joints will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable brickswill be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra bricks and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule.
22Material & Labour for preparation old painted steel surface of LT tubular pole pole 9 meter long above coping, including MS clamp and applying two coat of aluminium paint, making of strip of 300 mm width (balck and yellow in alternate band) upto 1500 mm height with one synthetic enamel paint, rewriting pole No with stencil with white colour in black background with synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specifeid and directed.
23Supply drawing, connecting and testing in replacement3 core, 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed`copper conductor (flexible) industurial cable, 1100 Volts conforming to IS 694 in steel tubular poles from Junction box to street light fitting including providing suitable copper lugs all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
24Supply drawing, connecting and testing in replacement3 core, 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed`copper conductor (flexible) industurial cable, 1100 Volts conforming to IS 694 in steel tubular poles from Junction box to street light fitting including providing suitable copper lugs all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
25Supply & Fixin replacement twin core, 6 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded aluminium conductor cable, over all PVC sheathed, 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulatedcomplete all as specified.
26M&L for removal of existing paint from external surface of LT panel by scrapping, making good distrubed surfaces by applying putties on uneven surface to make it even and M&L for spray painting to LT panel of any size with two coat of synthetic enamel paint with desired colour over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
27Supply and fix in replacement CRCA MS sheet for LT panel having thickness 3.15 mm powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide on out side surface and painted in side with two coats of red oxide primer including all fixing acessories i.e. suitable size of hinge, nuts, bolts, washers, cutting and welding works etc complete all as directed by Engr -in-charge

44Supply and installed steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP - 31 (9 mtr long) complete with MS base plate of size 300 x 300 x 6mm thick at bottom, welded at the centre with through hole of 14 mm dia at a height of 300 mm above the coping finial cap and painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, making of strip of 300 mm width (balck and yellow in alternate band) upto 1500 mm height with one synthetic enamel paint, writing pole No with stencil with white colour in black background with synthetic enamel paint including excavation upto required depth and PCC type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded) at bottom and PCC type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded) for mass filling and pole coping (60x60x30cm) and rendering of coping with 5 mm thick in 1:3 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.
45Supply and errectionin replacement07 mtr continuously tapered hot dip galvanised Octagonal cross sectional pole with single dipping method having bottom 130 mm A/F and top 70 mm A/F 3 mm thick confirming to ASTM A 572 Gr with yield 450mpa cut and folded to form an octagonal section and welded in accordance with AWS for wind loading as per IS 875 part 3 1987.Poles shall be provided with base plate of size 225x225x12 mm which shall be free from any lamination or incursion with no cutting or welding on the pole after hot dip galvanising with single arm 1000 mm long bracket tilted to 150 degree from horizontal toward vertices suitable for mounting on the octagonal pole, of company recommendationand one no TPN Connecton 3 phase 4 wire 100 Amps, and one number MCB SP 6 Amps. A triangular flat MS plat of 6mm thick duly coated with GI shall be welded between cap of the octagonal pole and bracket. Welding work shall be done 250mm on bracket and 150 mm on pole"s cap including all RCC work type (1:2:4) type B-1 including 04 Nos foundation nut bolt and plate as per pole manufacturer"s drawing and earth work all as per requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note Cost of construction of RCC foundation including construction material, necessary earth work and excavatonas per manufacturer design forabove polecompleteall as required at site and as directed by Engr-in-charge are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
46S&F in repair MS Junction Box made of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet of size 300 x 200 x 150 mm with front openable hinged cover and locking arrangements with 4 Nos aluminium bus bar 100 Amps, mounted on porcelain insulator including MCB SP 10 Amp, 10 KA-1No, fixed on box in Din rail complete with electrical connection fixed to pole with suitable size FI clamp nut bolts and washer, painted with powder coated paint complete including required size and length of copper conductor cable and making connections completeall as specified and directed.
47S&F in repair On load change over switch, 63 Amps, 415 volts, 4 pole side handle type in sheet metal enclosure conforming to IS:13947 (Part-3); IEC:60947-3 with locking facility including all connecting / jointing materials and taking down existing change over switch, complete all specified & directed.

50Supply and fix in repair new generation, energy saving, environment friendly LED GATE LIGHT fitting, fully castaluminium body finish with polyeurethene paint with acryilic window cover with B 22 brass holder suitable for and including 15 to 20watt led lamp as light sopurce including making connections complete all as per specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. 51Supply and fix in repair new generation, energy saving, environment friendly 25 watt LED POST TOP LANTERN fitting, aluminium spun landscape luminaires with and including LED lamp including making connections complete all as per specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
52Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacementfactory made, CPRI approved, powder coatedLT Panel board confirming to IS 5039, (Dimention of Cubical / enclosure not less than 1500 mm x 1000 mm x 500 mm), cubical compartmentalized, out door type double door, plate form mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HzAC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars four pole installed on porcelain / SMC insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proofIP-54 class protection and outer shell made of of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, inner shell made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA MS sheet , 50 x 50 x 6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, the cubical have bottom channel of size 75 x 40mm duly powder coated with zink metal coating, front and rear opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked,1100 volts grade of appropriate size ( but not less than 2.5 Sqmm)and comprising of the following:-

76Deployment of tools, manpower etc for lowering the high mast light, height of 25 mtr and repairs to the extent by removing connections from the system, checking of unserviceable spare parts and serviceable parts, replacement of unserviceable parts with new spares and testing complete, tightening the loose connection and made item functional, reassembling the fitting and re-fixing/ re-hanging the same after repair in existing location and tesing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a) Spares required for repair shall be measured and paid separately as supply only items vide BOQ item No 72 to 74 (b) The contractor shall provide all type and safety equipment & other tools required at site to electrician for maintenance of light (c) In case any accident/injury of any person deputed by contractor shall be held responsible for setting all claims/compensation.
