Term Contract for artificers works To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and condition contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions as per tender documents contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES Schedule, Part-I, 2009 with amendment 1 to 3 and MES Schedule Part-II, 2020 with amendment No. 01 to 122 during the period of ONE YEAR from the date of ACCEPTANCE at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule.(Note: (i) Any quantity or amount appearing anywhere in the BoQ is meant only for completing BoQ fields.(ii) L1 shall be decided by quoted percentage only irrespective of any amount being reflected in the computer generated Comparative Statement)
