The work shall be executed on ground on required basis but being remote station and extreme weather condition contractor must keep all essential spares ready as directed byEngineer to rectify the breakdown of DG Set.Contractor shall deploy sufficient resources to keep smooth working of DG Set in the AF station.In addition any breakdown shall be communicated to contractor or his representative by concerned Engineer-in-charge/JE E/M through phone call, text message, complaint slip and or in writing through site order book or through other means. Non complying of attending breakdown by contractor within 24 hours after notify the complaint, recovery @ Rs 2000/- per day shall be recovered from contractor\"s payment for each breakdown so notified. |
