| 16 | Note: Rate quoted shall be inclusive of any taxes, duties, Cess, fee, royaltycharges etc. levied under any statute but exclusive of GST, PF, ESIC & Bonus. Goods & Services Tax (GST) shall be paid to the contractor for any taxable supply/ services/works against a valid tax invoice as per terms and conditions of the contract. |
