15Hiring of D/G Set including carriage, loading, unloading & operating charges (with fuel) at 33/11 KV Substation under construction in case L.T. supply is not available near S/S within prescribed accessible limit. 63 KVA, Three phase, D/G Set for fabrication of different structure at Substation.
16Dismantling of Existing ( 5 MVA-2 Nos) Transformer Keptat suitable place outside switchyard i) Disconnecting HT cable connection from 33KV side &11KV side of 05MVA Power transformer for removing power transformer from plinth after proper shutdown. Dismantling of 11KV cable support structure, copper bus bar structure, M.S.Frame etc.
17ii) Disconnecting copper flexible/Earthing strip from Power transformer neutral & Dismantling neutral earthing systemto facilitate removal of Power transformer from plinth.
18iii) Disconnecting Earthing strip from body of 05MVA Power transformer.
19iv) Draining of transformer oil from conservator, radiators of existing 05 MVA T/F, at 33/11 KV S/S, into the dry & clean drums and stacking at the safe place in Substation outside of switchyard. Empty drums shall be provided by contractor.
20v) Removal of conservator, radiators and other accessories from existing 05 MVA Power transformer.
21vi) Safe Shifting of 05 MVA Power transformer main body and other accessories from the substation switchyard to outside the switchyard at suitable place assigned by concern J.E/S.D.O (Distribution).
22vii) Re-assembling of conservator, radiators and other accessories to existing 05 MVA Power transformer.
23viii) Re-filling the transformer oil (old & used in existing 5MVAT/F)
24Miscellaneous Electrical works of Increasing Capacity of 33/11 KV Substation Ratanpuri (Muzaffarnagar) from (2×5) MVA to (5+10) MVA & 33/11 KV Substation Rohana (3×5) to (2×5+1×10) MVA (Distt. Muzaffarnagar). Installation of 33/11 KV, 10 MVA Transformer : i) Shifting of available 10 MVA 33/11 KV, Transformer to transformer plinth in Switch Yard.
25ii) Erection of shifted Transformer at plinth by fixing all accessories like radiators, conservator tank, filling the transformer oil to desired level and ensuring that there is no leakage, complete job in all respect.
26Providing and Erection of Water level earthing by Boring and lowering of G.I. pipe size 40 mm dia & thickness 2mm into the ground at 20 Mtr depth or upto the water level with the lower end of solid copper cone Approx 225 mm long and 750 gm in weight shall be provided and screwed in pipe as well as bringing out a continuous copper wire 6 SWG from the cone up to the ground surface where it will be bolted to the G.I. earth Strip for Transformer neutral connection, the earth strip will be welded to the G.I. pipe and neutral earthing support.
27Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of M.S. Channel (100x50x6)mm, 2.75 meter long, joined to each other by means of 5 Nos. M.S. Angle (50x50x6) mm pieces of size 0.75Mtr long each by welding at equal intervals and grouting in a block of size (300x1000x1000)mm in C.C. 1:3:6 complete with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of Al. paint. Work includes providing of three Nos. M.S. clamps made of (50x6)mm M.S. Flat for holding the cable including nuts and bolts with stone Pad of size (300x300x75mm).
28Providing and Erection of Fabrication of copper bus bar of size (2500×50×6)mm in L.V. side of 10 MVA 33/11 KV, power transformer. Work includes connection of outside bus bar in L.V. side busing rod of Power Transformer and other side with outdoor 11 KV cable box as well as providing empire tape and H.T. tape etc. for proper insulation work.
29Fabrication and erection of neutral earthing L Type support made of M.S. Channel size 100×50mm. Structure shall be 4 Mtr. long with 1 Mtr. Arms. Structure shall be grouted in ratio 1:3:6 in block size 300×300×700mm and painted with one coat of Ready Mixed primer and Two coat of enamel Aluminium paint work includes connecting neutral bushing rod of power Transformer and M.S. Earthing strip with the help of flexiblecopper bond, M.S. Bolt and washer.
30Fabrication and grouting of M.S. frames 3.60 mt. long for support of copper Bus Bar. Bus Bar will be provided in L.V. Side of Power transformer. The M.S. frame shall be made of M.S. channel (100×50)mm in "T" shape. Providing 2 Nos. support of M.S. Angle iron (50×50×6)mm, 0.60 mt. long below the top channel, drilling of 3 Nos. hole on the top channel for fixing of 11 KV pin insulator. The M.S. frame shall be painted with one coat of primer & two coat of aluminum paint and grouting the frame in C.C. ratio 1:3:6 in a block of size (300×300×700)mm. The work also includes the fixing of 3 Nos. 11 KV pin insulator with pin and binding the copper Bus Bar with the pin insulator by Aluminum binding wire in complete
31H.T. Power Cable Laying : i) Laying 11 KV, (3x300)/(3×185) mm2 XLPE Cable from power transformer to 11 KV incoming switch gear andin the cable trench and 0.45 m wide, 0.90m depth. Providing 150 mm local sand for cushion beneath and 150 mm above the cable. The cable shall be dully protected by brick. On both side of cable by laying brick along the cable ............. The work includes digging of trenches, laying of cable in under ground trenches, joining of terminal"s, back filling of earth and testing and commissioning of power cable etc.
32ii) Laying and dressing of 11 KV (3x300)/(3×185) mm2 power cable in air/Trench.
33iii) Providing and Erection of Fixing 150mm dia 2mm thick 2M long G.I.Pipe over 11KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE Cable before mounting the 2No. Cable on cable support structure. Work includes fixing of all Clamp.
34Preparation of 11 KV Power Cable ends: i) Making ofcable end termination by Heat shrinkable Out door jointing kits suitable for 11KV, 3x300/3x185q.mm XLPE cable. Providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs complete in all respect.
35ii) Making ofcable end termination by Heat shrinkable indoor jointing kits suitable for 11KV, 3x300/3x185Sq.mm XLPE cable.Providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs complete in all respect.
36Testing & commissioning of Power T/F and all 33KV & 11KV switchgears / Panels.providing required No. of technicians with proper testing equipments during commissioning & energisation.
37Repair of Plinth ofPower T/F
38Installation of 33 KV Lightening Arrestors ::- Assembling and installation/mounting of 3 Nos. lighting arrestors on the L.A."s structure/terminal gantry, complete with earthing and line connections. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing, if required.
39Installation of 33 KV VCB Assembling and installation of 33 KV VCB on the VCB out door structure on the plinth. Adjustment of operating mechanism in proper alignment for smooth operation of the same. The work also includes fabrication of addition arrangement for proper fixing, if required.
40Installation and commissioning of 33 KV C.T."s :- Installation of 3 Nos. C.T."s on the C.T."s structure. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing, if required to complete the work.
41Earthing of outdoor equipment, details as given below:- Cutting of 32mm.dia M.S. Bar-3Mtr.long and making one end in conical shape by forging process and driving it into the earth at each corner of bridge outside control room and proper welding with M.S.Bars.
42Digging of Pits for making delta by laying 32mm. dia M.S.Round in tringle shape. Electric welding on cross joints by providing “U” Clamp in size 25×6mm. of M.S.Flat, with over lap joint by providing M.S.Round-12mm dia, on both sides of over lap joints of M.S.Round, by electric welding. All joints shall be painted with black bituminious paint.
43Earthing of 33KV LA, Neutral link structure, Power T/F body (both side)by providing G.I.Strip in size 50×6mm. with 32mm. dia M.S.Round laid in trench with proper electric welding.
44Control Cable Laying a) Laying of different size of (2×2.5)mm2 control cables i.e. from Buchholz realy to Marshalling box Marshalling box to switch gear room, 33 KV CT"s to CT"s CT 33 KV, V.C.B. Control Panel Junction Box to 33 KV VCB control panel and control panel to 33 KV VCB outdoor operating mechanism panel from T/F etc. in the cable trench including making proper connection at Buchholz Relay, Marshalling box as per required for installed equipment.
45b) Laying of different size of (4×2.5)mm2 control cables i.e. from Buchholz realy to Marshalling box Marshalling box to switch gear room, 33 KV CT"s to CT"s CT 33 KV, V.C.B. Control Panel Junction Box to 33 KV VCB control panel and control panel to 33 KV VCB outdoor operating mechanism panel from T/F etc. in the cable trench including making proper connection at Buchholz Relay, Marshalling box as per required for installed equipment.
