5M&L for laying well burnt old sizebricks, sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
6All as per srl item No 5 here-in-before but using old bricks obtained under srl item No1 here in before.
7M&L for demolition / cutting of road / path / hardstading / concrete in floor, etc for laying of cable complete all as directed at site by Engr-in-charge
8Material and labour for PCC1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates for filling of cutting of roads / path / hardstanding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
9Deployment of tools & manpower for Boring of hole under road / pavement / hard standing or any other situation by manual means suitable for passing of 40 to 80 mm bore pipe and making good both ends all specified and directed
10M&L for 80 mm bore mild steel galvanised water tubing, light grade with all fittings and fixed to walls or laid onfloors / fixed to poles / or passing under road crossing, for protection of UG cable including taking out old pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
11M&L for 50 mm bore mild steel galvanised water tubing, light grade with all fittings and fixed to walls or laid onfloors / fixed to poles / or passing under road crossing, for protection of UG cable including taking out old pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

24M&L Earthing in replacementcomplete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earth strip electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI earth strip encased inand including 40 mm dia GI "lightgrade" pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments,20 dia bore GI pipe "light grade" as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, Test point , GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe andPCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with MS TMT bars 8mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as describedin electric plate of SSR Part I completeall as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note :- Ifthe desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.
25Earthing in replacement complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by mean of GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of GI or steel and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board, testing on completion including PCC cover and frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 as in earthing pit, MS funnel with wire mesh GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering and GI pipe 15 mm dia light grade for the protection of GI wire from earth pit to earth point complete including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m all as specified as shown in electrical plate No 5 SSR Part-I.PCC chamber shall be constructed at least one metre away from the earth pit and GI pipe fittings for watering shall be provided up to chamber and cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rate of earthing. 54Supply and fixingin replacement Digital VAF+PF meter with RS 485 CL1 in LT panel including taking out old existing unserviceable meter from panels etc complete all as directed
55Supply and fixingin replacement of LED indication lampincluding taking down old unserviceable LED indication lamp from LT panel complete as specified and directed.
56M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces and painting of LT steel tubular pole9 mtrs long from bottom to top with aluminium paint and painting to bottam up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC coping with synthetic enamel paint 2 coats in black and Yellow alternate strip including numbering in 8 cm height of number with white paint both paint aluminium /synthetic duly approved by engineer –in-Charge and complete all as directed and specified.
57Cleaning the existing painted surface of LT panel by scrapping, making good distrubed surfaces by applying putties on uneven surface to make it even and M&L for spray painting to LT panel of any size with two coat of synthetic enamel paint with desired colour over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
58Material and labour disconnecting faulty / burnt end or portion of cable from LT panel / LT pole / main switch / changeover etc byremoving the cable from loop including necessary excavation & earth work , cleaning the surface area not less than 1 mtr surrounding the panel / pole, provision of suitable size of thimble, LT tap, relaying and reconnecting the cable by removing faulty/burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminals for 16 Sqmm 3.5/4 core to 240 Sqmm3.5 core of LT cable toLT Panel/pole/main switch/changeovercomplete all as directed.
59Supply & fixing in replacementautomatic street light timer panel 5 KWswitch using Infrared Sensor basedfor automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of natural light. Required illuminance for switching ON is < 30 Lux and for switching OFF > 10 Lux level. The sensor (nature switch) alongwith suitable power contactors, Input (supply) MCB and output (load) MCB(s), support terminals should be enclosed in pole/ wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR graded SMC junction box conforming to IP-54 degree of protection including mounting bracket, cable glands, openable doors with lock complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
60Disconnecting faulty 1.1 KVLT cables of any size and any lengthfrom both ends Hiring of cable fault detector machine to detect exact position of fault, removal of Fault,Re-connections and testing of cables after removal of fault including excavation, returung filling, Removal, relaying of cable protection cover etccomplete as specified and directed. Note :(a) 1.1KVLT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b)Contractor or his rep shall come to the site of breakdown within one hour of notification of breakdownalongwith fault locating machine and manpower.In case the rep or contractor shall not come to the site of breakdown and not to start attending breakdown within 1.00 hour a penalty of Rs 1000 per fault per hour will be imposed over contractor and will be deduct from his dues.

Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class "B", old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel.The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level.
67Deployment of manpower / tools / machinery etc for restringing of existingloose over head line having 5 Nos ACSR conductor and 01 Nos GI wire any size / type etc of existing LT pole including replacement of aluminium binding wire or suitable size carefully without damaging of insulator etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 5 Run of ACSR conductor with 01 Run of GI wire shall be measured as 01 RM for payment.
68Deployment of manpower / tools / machinery etc for restringing of existingloose over head line having 4 Nos ACSR conductor and 01 Nos GI wire any size / type etc of existing LT pole including replacement of aluminium binding wire or suitable size carefully without damaging of insulator etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 4 Run of ACSR conductor with 01 Run of GI wire shall be measured as 01 RM for payment.
69Trimming/pruning of the tree branches coming cross electric power head line LT feeder clearing the span and making the free from touching the tree branches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
70Supplying and fixing in replacement LT spacerin LT overhead line of ACSR conductor,shall be made ofhigh quality regid PVC,the spacer shall be water proof weather proof and shock proof the spacer shall also be suitable for use onboth horizental and vertically configuration of LT O/H lineACSR conductor 5 wire /4 wire system
71S&Fin replacement Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of code name ferret/weaselon LT pole of size as ordered includingstringingandjointing for overhead line on poles including aluminiumbinding wire 14 SWG, jumpers, line tapes etc supplied and fixed in repairs including dismantling of old ACSR conductor fromLT poles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
72S&F in replacementCross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Fe-410-S grade including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape and size as directed and including applying two coats of aluminium paint (under & finishing coats) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on exposed steel surfaces, supplied and fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
73Supply and fixing in replacement 60 W LED street light fitting with mandatory driver set having pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency LEDs as lighting source and lens embaded PC cover /IP lens, street lightshould haveIP 66 protection, impact resistance ofIK 07 , Lumen efficiency of LED not less than 110 lumen per wattsystem efficency ,power factor >0.95, THD<10% at Full load CRI> 70% ,street light should have built in potted electronic LED driver with , lower THD, open circuit protection , over voltage protection , surge voltage protection ,andprovided with company LOGO ingraved on housing of the street lightcomplete including taking down of oldUNSV fittings all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge. Note :-The contractor shouldtake approval of techincal specification ofluminaries and driver from department before procurement .
74Supply and fixing in replacement of 200 W LED flood fitting having epoxy powder coated die cast aluminium housing ADC12 in grey finish with elegantly designed heat sink for efficient thermal management , sturdiness & excellent corrosion resistant. 78Supply and errectionin replacement07 mtr continuously tapered hot dip galvanised Octagonal cross sectional pole with single dipping method having bottom 130 mm A/F and top 70 mm A/F 3 mm thick confirming to ASTM A 572 Gr with yield 450mpa cut and folded to form an octagonal section and welded in accordance with AWS for wind loading as per IS 875 part 3 1987.Poles shall be provided with base plate of size 225x225x12 mm which shall be free from any lamination or incursion with no cutting or welding on the pole after hot dip galvanising with single arm 1000 mm long bracket tilted to 150 degree from horizontal toward vertices suitable for mounting on the octagonal pole, of company recommendationand one no TPN Connecton 3 phase 4 wire 100 Amps, and one number MCB SP 6 Amps. A triangular flat MS plat of 6mm thick duly coated with GI shall be welded between cap of the octagonal pole and bracket. Welding work shall be done 250mm on bracket and 150 mm on pole"s cap including all RCC work type (1:2:4) type B-1 including 04 Nos foundation nut bolt and plate as per pole manufacturer"s drawing and earth work all as per requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note Cost of construction of RCC foundation including construction material, necessary earth work and excavatonas per manufacturer design forabove polecompleteall as required at site and as directed by Engr-in-charge are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
79Supplying, transporting, erectingin replacement Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 ( 9.0 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial, taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, including necessary excavation and earth work , PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundations below pole, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 around poles and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in plinth block , disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, the exposed surface of steel tubular poles shall be painted with two coat of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide, embaded portion of the pole shall be painted with one coat of bituminous paint.05 Nos black and Yellow alternate strip with two coat of synthetic enamel paint shall be painted up to the the height of 1.5 Mfrom copping of the poleincluding numberingon pole in black colour synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
