2"Supply, erection, installation and testing of 30M high mast: Supply, erection, installation and testing of 30M high mast shaft in three sections suitable for wind speed as Per IS-875, with rais ing lowering system comprising, head frame, luminaries carriage suitable to install 24 nos luminaries of BENP-20FL-350W LED of BajajMake or Equivalent in symmetrical arrangement, double drum winch, 6mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral po wer tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial, including 1 set foundation bolts manufactured from special steel alo ng with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates. This includes Supply and installation of 24 nos. Integral LED Flood Light Lumina ire with the following components: 02 nos Aluminum Cast luminary body, 02 nos Electronic Circuit & LED drivers, 02 nos Weather proofTransparent Cover, 02 nos Luminary Mounting Clamps, 02 nos LED Assembly. 350 Watts and 1 set Within Luminary Interconnection. Suppl y and installation of 2 nos. LED type single dome aviation obstruction light is also required with one high mast. This also includesSupply and installation of 1 no. outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 63A, 4-pole MCCB incomer, single dial time switch, 45A TPcontactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, Incomi ng 25/35 sq. mm and outgoing 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals. The Control Panel shall be of flame proof type suitable for gas group IIA/II B. Complete Design, Construction of foundation with M25 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity a t site (provided by IOC) with all materials and labour. Lightning Finial shall be insulated from body and head frame of High Mast an d a separate down conductor (1Rx1Cx(25/35) sq mm Aluminium Flexible Cable) shall run from the lightning finial to an earthing bolt i ndependent of the high Mast structure. Electrical accessories like plug & socket, power tool motor etc at the bottom of high mast sh all be flame proof type suitable for gas group IIA/IIB. Electrical Accessories like plug & Socket, Power Tool etc at the bottom of h igh mast shall be of flame proof Type Suitable for Gas Group-IIA/IIB. Ref.- Technical specifications."

5" GI Cable Tray: Supply, installation & fixing of prefabricated perforated GI cable trays with tray cover of width 150 mm, 300 mm, 450 mm & 600 mm asper site requirement for laying of cables with standard rung spacings. Load for support span of 2.5 meter as 30, 60, 75 & 90 (in Kg /Mtr) respectively with concentric static load as 70 Kg at the centre, with materials, labour, tools and tackles, consumables etc , as per drawings, specification and directions of Site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge."
6"Steel work (single section) for Cable Tray support: Supplying, fabricating and fixing M.S. structural steel work made of joists, tubes, pipes, channels, angles, plates, flats, bars etc ., for struts, chain link fencing posts as per drawing including gate, ladders, safety grills, walkways, collapsible gate, signboard s, supports for cable trench, making slots for barbed line, wire hoisting, placing in position, embedding in concrete, applying two coats of epoxy paint ""EPILUX 155"" High Build Enamel over a coat of EPILUX 610 Primer of M/s Berger or any other approved equivalen t make as per manufacturer’s recommendation, complete in all respect including cutting to required size welding of joints, fixing an chor plates,bolts, theading, nuts, washers, sleeves etc. and necessary lettering of approved pattern on main gate, signboards etc.co mplete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction s of the Engineer-in-Charge. 11"Earth excavation for underground cable laying: Excavation in unpaved areas of earth in work sites for conventional cable trenches for a depth upto 1.5 metres including shoring, st rutting etc. (if necessary), backfilling the trench, job complete in all respects, including all labour and materials complete as pe r drawings, specification and directions of Site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge"
12"Earth excavation for cable tray support: Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil, both wet & dry condition (except hard rock requiring blasting, chiselling / pneumaticdrilling) for foundation, substructures, trenches, sumps, pits etc. to the following depths including shoring, strutting, trimming of sides of the trenches, dressing, ramming and levelling the bottom of the trenches correct to level, grade etc. including bailing out of water (if any), stacking selected excavated earth for backfilling, filling available excavated earth in trenches, foundation,plinth etc. and/or disposing the excess earth outside IOCL premises to an unobjectionable area with all leads & lifts, etc. complet e in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of t he Site Engineer/EIC. All kind of soil except hard rock (Measured from original ground level)"
