Area - Bulk Material ( Lighting Fixture & Accessories-Hazardous, Junction Boxes ( Flame Proof ) , Lighting & Power Panels ( Flp ) , Plugs / Sockets / Handlamps ( Flame Proof ) , Control Stations-Flame Proof, Flameproof Power Distribution Board ) For Setting Up 500 Kta Pdh–Pp Unit At Usar Along With Propane Storage At Uran And Associated Pipeline; 1 In Case Of Any Discrepancy In The Item Description / Tag No. / Qty. Specified In This Price Schedule Vis-À-Vis The Corresponding Details In Mr, The Item Description / Tag No. / Qty.Specified In Mr Shall Prevail. 2 Quotation For 2 Years O&M Spares Shall Be Furnished In Attached Sheets A2. These Rates Shall Not Be Considered For Price Evaluation. 3 The Quoted Prices Shall Be Inclusive Of All Inspection And Testing Requirements As Specified In The Enclosed Mr. 4 As Stated Elsewhere In Tender, Bidder Is Required To Quote All Components Of Price Schedule. In Case, It Is Found That Some Of Components Of Price Schedule Viz. Freight, Ocean / Air Freight Charges, Incidental Services Component, Etc. Are Left Blank Or Quoted “Nil / Zero” In Price Bid, The Same Shall Be Considered Inclusive In Total Quoted Price For Evaluation And Ordering. No Confirmation From The Bidder Shall Be Sought In This Regard. 5 I ) Bidders Must Submit This Preamble With Their Bid With Both Unpriced & Priced Offer.
