2Survey of road alignment including trace cutting, along with following scope of work:- a.Running traverse along the existing road alignment to prepare strip plan showing existing road land with bridge, culverts, junctions, adjoining land use encroachment etc. and design of horizontal curves. b.Longitudinal section at 20.00 mtr. Interval including design of vertical carves. c.Cross-Section at every 20.00 mtr. Interval and at critical points including computation of quantitie of qerious item of works to be executed in the improvement of the road. d.Collect inventory data and to conduct condition survey of road, bridge, culverts etc. as per IRC special publication 19 and compile the information enclosed proforma and in an acceptable comptable comuterized data. e.Identifications of needs for additional bridges and culverts including suggesition for improvement of existing culverts and bridges if any. f.Collection hydraulic data i.e. catchment characteristics, flood discharges and sill factor for bridges and calculations of spans of bridges to be constructed sub-soil investigation and design of bridges. g.Soil testing including design of pavement: a) Collection of soil sample for CBR and other related test forat the rate of 2 to 3 samples per Km to give a representative properties of soil and design of pavement as applicable. b) Benkelman beam deflection test at the rate 1 to 2 test per Km. to give representative strength of existing pavement and design of pavement overlays as applicable. h.Collection of details ocations, length height of existing R&B/Wall and identification of need for additional R&B/Wall, including suggestions for replacement of existing R&B/Wall wherever necessary. i.Lump sum offer for item sub-soil investigation of bridge at iv to be quoted separately. j.Estimation of bill of quantitie of earth work, bridge & parmancent structure i.e. culvert, R&B/Wall, drain etc. k.Preparation of preliminary project report based on:- a) Widening and regarding required for improvement of the road. b) Strengthening recuirement of pavement. c) GAD for the bridge structures. d) Standard typical drawing for culverts. e) Any other improvement required. l.Preparation of details report basen on approved plan and design of approval of EFCPIB.
3SH : 2 : FORMATION CUTTING=2.430 KM
4Excavation in Soil with Dozer with lead upto 100 metres (Excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 metres (average lead 50 metres), including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections.
5Excavation in Ordinary Rock with Dozer with lead upto 100 metres (Excavation for roadway in ordinary rock by deploying a dozer, 80 HP including cutting and pushing the cut earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 metres (average lead 50 metres), trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with the requirements of lines, grades and cross sections).
6Excavation in Hard Rock ( blasting prohibited)(Excavation for roadway in hard rock ( blasting prohibited) with rock breakers including breaking rock, loading in tippers and disposal within all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections.)
