2M&L of new treated plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paints on new decorated surfaces of walls of any shade on walls (shade as approved by users) including curing before and after applying each coat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
3Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles/concrete block walling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
4M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonary of 1:3:6, type C-1 (using20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with soild blocks, exc.10cm in width, set and jointed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
5M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonary of 1:3:6, type C-1 (using20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with soild blocks, using old concrete blocks obtained from the demolition, exc.10cm in width, set and jointed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
6M&L walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
7Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6, using old stones/boulders obtained from the demolition complete all as specified and as directed.
8M&L for raised pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
9Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and Removing demolished material to a distance and depositingout site of MoD land Where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting pointcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
10M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 100 mm thick , as in floors and hard standing complete all as specified and directed.
11M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 75 mm thick sub base, sub floor and pavingscomplete all as specified and directed.
12M&L forming Contraction (Dummy) Joints 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade B, complete all as specified and directed.
13M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone crushed aggregate in plinth protection, 75mm thick, finished even and smooth using extra cement, including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metres and at every change of direction and filling the same with & including bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight complete all as specified and as directed.
14M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in , in lintels upto1.5m clear span,cills,steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided , water troughs and the like including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified anddirected.
15Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.
16M&L forcoloured chequred cement concrete tiles 300mm X 300mm X 25mm thick, set ,pointed & jointed in neat cement slurry in floors polished with grey cement & no pigments laid in floors over 20mm thick cement screed bed (1:4) and all as directed by Engr-in -Charge.
17M&L forcoloured endura tiles as approved make of size 300mmx300mm/ 400mmx400mm, 10mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors polished with grey cement & no pigments laid in floors over 20mm thick cement screed bed (1:4) and all as directed by Engr-in -Charge.
18M&L of machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured/ vibro mechanically floated interlocking cement paver block ISI marked, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with topping of grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete. Shape pattern of laying shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.
19M&L Machine pressedprecast concrete interlocking coloured/ vibro mechanically floated interlocking cement paver block ISI marked, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade, with topping of grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete. Shape pattern of laying shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.
20M&L for 20mm thick granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.
21M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drain including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for and removing debris outside the MD land, complete all as specified and as directed.
22Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc (inner girth only measured) all as specified and as directed.
23Material for factory made precast PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in kerb stone of size 300 x 300x 100mm thick (width and depth of kerb stone shall be 100mm & 300mm respectively) set in CM (1:4) including necessary form works and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
24M&L for one coat of synthetic emulsion paintof any description on old plastered surfaces or concrete surface of any description over 10cm girth or width not other wise described, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
25M&L for two coats of synthetic emulsion paintof any description on new plastered surfaces or concrete surface of any description over 10cm girth or width not other wise described over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
26M&L for applying one coat of oil exterior emulsion paint (Apex Ultima ) on old plastered or treated surfaces of desired finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
