3M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonary of 1:3:6, type C-1 (using20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with soild blocks, using old concrete blocks obtained from the demolition, exc.10cm in width, set and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as spd and directed.
4M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
5M&L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6, using old stones/boulders obtained from the demolition complete all as specified and as directed.
6M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
7Taking down cement plaster of any description on brickor stone walls, concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water remove dust, debries/rubbish etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
8Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or stone masonary work, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
9M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces including curing before and after applying each coat complete all as specified and directed.
10M&L for applying one coat of cement base paint on old plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfacescomplete all as specified and directed.
11Preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down by complete removal of old existing treatment and applying two coats of weather proof paints over coat of primer andas on wall, roof projection, facias, chhajja, etc all as per manufacturer"s instructions all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
12M&L for one coat of tera cota on plaster, concrete, floor and tilling surface complete all as specified and directed.
13M&L for factory made precast PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in kerb stone of size 300 x 300x 100mm thick (width and depth of kerb stone shall be 100mm & 300mm respectively) set in CM (1:4) inclduing necessary form works and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
14M&L of old decorated surfaces of wallsand applying one coat of synthetic emulsion paint white or any tinted on walls, filling gaps by putty after washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width not other wise described complete including preparation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
15M&L of newly plastered or undecorated surfaces of wallsor concrete surfaces of walls and applying two coats of synthetic emulsion paint white or any tinted on walls, filling gaps by putty after washing rubbing down and stopping of distermpered surfaces, over a priming paint plaster coat of any description over 10 cm girth or width complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
16M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete including demolition of existing cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any descriptions in ground floors not exc 15cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.
17Dismantling chain link fencing wiremesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.
18Dismantling posts or struts (wooden, steel or RCC) any section embadded in concrete, brick work etc including taking out embedded portion.
19Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and making good the disturbed grouind, in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
20S&F angle iron with swain neck as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balustersrunning bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps includingembeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed
21Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as specified and directed.
22Supply onlymild steel Galvanised wire chain linkfencing square mesh of any size made out of any size wire complete all asspecified & directed
23S&F mild steel screw bolts machine made with hexagonal or square head one end each screwed other end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n.exc 5 cm long and dia of neck 12 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
24Preparation of new or previously untreated steel or steel based surfaces of any description not otherwise described not exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coatof red oxide or zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
25S & F in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised MS wire staple or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured.) complete all as specified and directed.
26Preparation of new or previously untreated steel or steel based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coatof red oxide or zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
27M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in , in lintels upto1.5m clear span,cills,steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided , water troughs and the like including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directedcomplete all as specified anddirected.
28M&L for TMT mild steel bars, 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia) , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
29M&L for TMT mild steel bars, 5 to 10mm dia, as in stirrups, spacers and binders for reinforcemnent, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia) , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
30M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drain, including demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) of any descriptions and in any position not otherwise specificaaly provided for and removing demolished material to a distance and depositing out site of MoD land where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting pointcomplete all as specified and as directed.
31Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc (inner girth only measured) all as specified and as directed.

34M&L for 20mm thick granite of black shade (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.
35S&F 2mm Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L type J type hooks or cranked bolts and washer in roof, wall etc including dismantling existing plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage thickness including nanital or similar pattern complete all as specified and directed.
36S&F rolled tubular sections as in framing for clading, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including dismantling of structural steel work and tubular section complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 37M&L for Pre-painted Galvantume aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strenth of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tappping screws as specifiedincluding dismantling existing plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage thickness including nanital or similar pattern complete all as specified and directed.

39M&L for two coats of comouflage paint on new/old untreated steel sheet surfaces including preparation over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer tint and make of paint shall be approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
40Preparation of old or decorated steel or steel based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
41M&L for 2nd class hard wood clean sawn as in scantling fixed with nails, framed and fixed including dismantling timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position as in framed work complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and directed.
42M&L for wooden floor tiles 7 mm thick with dove tailed joints laid over 150 micron polythene film and 3 mm thick foam as per manufacturer"s instructions with decorative wooden beadings as per site requirement including dismantling of existing woorden floor tiles, ceiling boards (fiber pulp insulation blankets) of any thicknes including covered fillets and supporting members complete all as specified and directed.
