Scope of work: (a) Levelling & dressing of the area , breaking the lumps , rolling the surface , making the surface suitable for grassing. (b) Collection and planting of grass, manuring the soil, spreading sand evenly over the surface, watering whole area (using hose pipe to be supplied by the contractor) Raw water connection will be provided by the department (free of cost). (c) Pesticiding whenever required (pesticide is to be supplied by the contractor which will be paid separately.) (d) Rolling the grassed surface for better smoothness and thoroughness and mowing the grass on regular basis (e) Keeping the whole areafree from vegetation, keeping the greens and tees completely lush green smooth green and evenly dressed and always maintained to the highest perfection etc.i/c Hutment and as per the instructions and direction of the department complete (Manure, sand & earth to be supplied by the contractor which will be paid separately. (f) The following manpower has been adopted in the analysis.
