| 1 | Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete pavement of grade 1:1.5:3 (1 ordinary portland cement 43grade : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)cement is of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make, mixed in a mixing plant / miller transported to site, laid, spread, compacted and finished, finishing to line, level and grade,in a continuous operation including floating/ texturing/ brooming with wire brush for skid resistance, making chequers of approved patters,including form work with sturdyMS channel sections, covering green concrete with tarpaulins, cutting of groovesup to 1/3 depth of the pavement for making 1.5 to 2.5 metre square panels (to be paid separately), pond curing for 28 days and providing expansion joint at designated places or wherever required including surface dressing, removal of existing sahabad stones and disposal of debris into designated place in the colony, stacking of servicaeable materials & handing over to the sectional stores but excluding the cost of reinforcement etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. |
| 2 | Cutting of grooves on concrete/ surface within 48 Hours (preferably within 6 to 18 Hours), after completion of laying of concrete, using a power driven concrete cutting machine with diamond studded saw, complete and as directed. Width of grooves 3 to 4mm& depth - 1/3 rd of pavement thickness (33 to 50mm)@ spacing of 1.5 to 2.5 mtr (square panels) with all tools, tackles, machinery, manpower etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer. |
| 3 | Providing, laying and fixing in position TMT reinforcement bars of grade Fe 415/ 500 of TATA/ JINDAL/ SAIL/ VIZAG or equivalent make for RCC works, including cost of supplying, cutting, bending, transporting, erecting, binding with 18 gauge MS annealed wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer. |
| 4 | Providing and filling in position bitumen mix filler of proportion 80 kg. of hot bitumen, 1 kg. of cement and 0.25 cubic metre of coarse sand for expansion joints of width 12mm and depth upto 150 mm complete all as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. |
| 5 | Provinding and laying of 125 microns thick impermeable polythene separation membrane under cement concrete floor including the all material and labour, tools and tackles etc., complete all as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. |
| 6 | Filling fly ash under concrete pavement in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth for levellig of the surface to the required line and level as specified in the drawing, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, rolling with hand roller of 1 ton capacity (flyash available free of cost at DFA silo area in plant site but transporting by the contractor, lead upto 10km for transporation of flyash) lift upto 1.5 metc., complete as per drawings, specification and as directedby the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 7 | Removing the GS/ AC/ NonAC/ FRP sheets at all heights (up to 30 M)i.e. from roofing/ cladding etc., and stacking the serviceable materials & handing over the same to the sectional stores, disposal of debris to the dumping yard etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. |
| 8 | Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets of brands JINDAL/ TATA or any other approved make(size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coatedthickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 1518microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25microns minimum to avoid scratches duringtransportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, or fixing with polymer coated \"J\" or \"L\" hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers along with wind tilescomplete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curve surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins,rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. etc.,all complete as directed by the Engineer In Charge. |
| 9 | Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel plain Ridges (500 - 600mm) of roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screwsetc., all complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge. |
| 10 | Providing and laying Brick masonry work with non modular Fly ash bricks with CM 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Coarse sand) using 43 grade OPC cement of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level including cost of scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. |
| 11 | Providing and laying 12mm thick cement plaster of 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand)43 grade OPC cement of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make, upto floor V level over a brick work/ concrete wotk to give even smooth finish including cost of scaffolding where ever required and curing etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. |
| 12 | Supplying, fabricating and fixing ofhot finished welded type tubes structural steel work in builtup sections of make VIZAG/ SAIL/ TATA/ JINDAL or equivalent make (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes, plates, bolts) etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete as per drawings, specification and as directedby the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 13 | Providing and laying 75mm dia best quality uPVC pipes and specials in cement concrete pavement for all depths to correct grade, levels, alignment and slopes, jointed with hemp yarn and cement mortar 1:1 includingtesting, excavating the trenches, back filling, form work etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. |
| 14 | Supplying, stacking, spreading, levelling and compacting the red soil in layers in the kalavedika paved area surroundings including royalty, removing of weeds/ roots, lumps, stones etc., , laying of red soil, sprinkling sufficient water for compaction, compactingred soil with 8 -10 ton roller, rolling should be done upto attaining required compaction including all tools and tackels etc., complete as per specificcations and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.Note: Soil measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% towards voids for payment purpose. |
