2Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillers complete all as specified anddirected.
3Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength ofbrick 100 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.
4All as per item No. 02.00 above but " except bricks" complete all as specified and as directed.
5Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick onfair faces of brick workin cement mortar 1:4 with or without WPC @ 2.5% by weight of cement finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (IfWPC used shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only )
6Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.
7M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of old brick work or concrete surfaces at any height incl walls, cornices, chajjas, sun shadesetc. in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement and with or without water proofing compound (2% 0f cement content) (External surface) incl necessary using scafolding or shuttering and taking down old plaster, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge. Note: If WPC used, then it will paid separately.
8M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls incl cornices, chajjas, sun shadesetc. and applying two coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified.
9M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonary, brought up to courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement morter 1:6 including racking or cutting out joints complete all as specidfied and directed by Engr-in- charge.
10All as per item No. 08.00 above but " except stone" complete all as specified and as directed.
11M&L for providing cements 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in plinth course,string courses, lacing courses, parapets and rainling up to 60 cm height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughts and the like including weathering,slightly rounded or champfered angles and throating incl use and waste of necessary form work complete all as spd. complete all as specidfied and directed by Engr-in- charge.
12Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.
13Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc in hard/dense soil
14Removing exacavated soil n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point
15Material and labour for cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushedstone aggregate as in cover slabs etcset in cement mortar (1:4) and incl demolition of RCC complete all as specified and directed.
16Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bendingspirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified.
17Demoliation of cement concrete(unreinforced) of any description and in anypositionnot otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.
18S&F of precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, fixed in cement mortar 1:4 over the walls, Precast CC type B0 1:2:4 (12.50mm graded aggregate ) 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings, Complete all as specified and directed.
19M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type C2 using 12.5mm graded agg as in surface channel or drains ("L" or "U" shape) incl necessary formwork and scafolding etc all as spd and directed.
20Extra for foriming fair finished drain as channel of cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitred/stopped end etc.
21Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thick ( below or above GL) complete all as specified anddirected.
22M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 as in sub base& in foundation concrete all as specified .
23Material and labour for 70mm thick plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring, plinth protection etc, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
24Dismantling of stone slabs and PCC tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc, laid beded and pointed in any mortar and removing the rubbish outside of MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.
25Material and labour, coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 200X200X25mm or 300x300x25mm thick, factory made, ISI marked (IS 13801-1993), with grey cement &pigment, laid with neat cement slurry as in path, pavement ,floors, etc. @ 3Kg/Sqm over & including 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6), pointed in white cement with matching colour pigment, complete all as specified and directed.
26M& L for Providing, cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in drain both side kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edgescomplete all as specified
27Dismantling timber scantling un framed work in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section in any position, complete all as spd.
28Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; water staging; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, otching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165
29Excavation in posts holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cubic metre, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distancenot exceeding 50metre and good surface in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.
30Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new/old steel surface of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described including preparation of steel surfaces, complete all as specified.
31M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and Screed bed or beding layer of morter 20mm thick in cement morter 1:4 for laying floor finishes to receiving the kota stone and dismantling old stone with bed, complete all as specified and directed.
32M&L for 18-20 mm black/green/white marble stone, laid over cement screed bed 20 mm thick as like over shelves, floors etc and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 15mm thickcement screed bed in CM(1:6) incl cutting, waste, rubbing, mirror polshing and dismantling old stone with bedetc complete all as spd complete all as specified.
33Amount of credit of Rs. 72829.63 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule "A" section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
