1Required only for man power as a well qualified technician / mechanic or technical rep of existing manufacture make of AC plant suitable for the purposed of to know about the defect in AC plant with having working principle air cooled / water cooled type based operational along with microprocessor control panel basedsystem of make - Voltas/Blue star/Caryaire/ Daikin etc. The technician to know full fill knowledge about the defect rectification problemof any type/size any capacity & model of ACplant package type/ central type unit system and it all connected eqpt/machine parts of items including it mircoprocess control panel system etc and also immediately to attend AC plant and it related work complaints & defect problem along with repairing work and to be ensure that make itimmediately repair & rectification the work defect/problem of complaint and repairing work and make it serviceable condition of complete plant system with control panel .The Contractor to be ensure that after attend complaints and to do rectify the defects problem work along with resetting of controls panel or repair/ replacement work in all AC palnt system carried out complete work etc should be completed as per standard engineering practice, along with providing all necessaryminor spare parts of items,tools and plants etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
2Required only for man power as a well qualified technician / mechanic or technical rep of existing manufacture make of centre heating plant suitable for the purposed of to know about the defect in all type of air and water based heating generating plant system along with control panel based etcThe technician to know full fill knowledge about the defect problemof any type/size any capacity & model of heating generating plants system and it all connected eqpt/machine parts of items including it control panel system etc and also immediately repair & rectification the work defect/problem of complaint and to do repairing work and make it serviceable condition of complete plant system with control panel .The Contractor to be ensure that after attend complaints and rectify the defects problem work in all heating plants along with resetting of controls panel or repair/ replacement work carried out of complete work etc should be completed as per standard engineering practice, along with providing all necessary minor spare parts of items, tools and plants etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes for Sl item No 1 & 2 :- (i) Repair work of all type of plant shall be carried out by well experienced technicians/ mechanic who has well experienced / working about this field and providing all type proper tools and safety measures etc. (ii) All minor spare parts of items/ petty small parts required for repair i.e. nuts, bolts, washers screws, saddles, grease, oil/ lubricants, wire , thimbles etc shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. (iii) Contractor shall be responsible and to be provide conveyance /transportation & required all type of working T&P etc for attend the complaints. (iv) Contractor shall be responsible for arranging security passes from the concern department through there guidelines / procedure. (v) All type of attend complaints related problem service / defect problem of complaints for repairing work and make it immediately ectification the work defect problem of work will be attend & addressed with in 24 hrs from the time of receipt of complaints. If the contractor and his tradesman fail to attend the complaint and also to solve it rectification defect problem work within the given time period , the compensation / penalty of Rs-1000 (Rupee one thousand) per day for per complaints shall be recovered from the contractor dues or as the decision and direction of EIC/GE in this regard shall be final and binding. All the complaints problem is required to be rectify with in 24 Hrs duration.
3Required sufficient all type of cleaning and servicing materials ,T&P and man power as a well qualified technician / mechanicfor disconnecting of water/ refrigerant gas pipe lines , electric wiring connections and it connected electrical and mechanical fitting parts of items from inside/outside area only for indoor unit body system of existing central type AC / package type AC plant system any type/size any model of AC plant of rating cooling capacity from 08 TR to 30 TR of make- Voltas/Blue star/Caryaire/ Daikin etc and also providing carried out work like maintenance , servicing , washing and cleaning ,greasing, oiling etc work for internally compartment of AC plants like aluminum coil fins of unit system , ventilation exhaust fans, compressor unit / evaporator unit/chiller unit, blower with blower motor, body base frame area along with all connected all fixing accessories and its connected control panels etc of complete in each plant systemthrough with the help of high efficiency air pressure blower with vacuum pump or water pressure jet pump system and after work removing from the all type of wastage materials ,dust and sludge particles etc from all body compartment system after completion of cleaning and servicing work of each plantit should be clean dryproperly (The type ofair & water cleaning work of plant will be decided as per required condition at siteor as direction and all as specified & directed by EIC) and after completion of cleaning /serving work re fixing the all removing parts on same to its original position including checking / tightening and replacement of defected of all type of nut , bolt ,screws, gasket, with ‘O’ rings, Teflon sheets etc and making welding work if broken foundrequired at site and including adjustment & alignment setting of blower motor with pulley shaftand also repair/maintained and rectification ofthe minor defect /broken electrical controlling wiring and gas pipe line connection of main control panel system of plants andafter completion of complete job checking any type of leakage from electric/ gas system and ensure that making it gas leakages proofand also testing it on full load complete all as satisfaction and all as specified & directed byEngrs in Charge .

5Required sufficient all type of cleaning and servicing materials ,T&P and man power as a well qualified technician / mechanicfor disconnecting of water/ refrigerant gas pipe lines , electric wiring connections and it connected filters, electrical and mechanical fitting parts of items from inside/outside areaof existing AHU plant system any type/size any model and also providing carried out work like maintenance , servicing , washing and cleaning and complete de scaling work in side of cooling copper tubes area,greasing, oiling etc work for internally compartment like complete de scaling work for single/double type copper cooling coil tubes with pipes along with entire inside chocked water /gas tubes and also including de scaling work out side area of outer cooling coil fins of unit system and sericing/cleanig of exhaust blower with motor, filter and body base frame area along with all connected all fixing accessories of body system throughwith the help of high efficiency air pressure blower with vacuum pump and water pressure jet pump system along with providing sufficient quality of de-scaling chemical solution (ORISCALE BLASTER) / de scaling cleaning compound material or recommended by manufacture/ technician rep and after full filling chemical solution on AHU cooling coil inside tube system with suitable proportion and storage inside system minimum up to 4 hrs duration they after circulating to solution with the help of through mechanical high speed pump with pipe and water tank arrangement system for AHU cooling coil system up to the time of clean level of AHU coiland after completion of cleaning and complete de scaling& serving work re fixing the all removing parts on same to its original position including checking / tightening and replacement of defected of all type of nut , bolt ,screws, gasket, with ‘etc and making welding work if broken found required at site and including adjustment & alignment setting of blower motor with pulley shaftand also repair/maintained and rectification ofthe minor spare defect /broken electrical controlling wiring connection of system andafter completion of complete job checking any type of leakage from water/electric/ gas system and ensure thatmaking it leakages proofand also testing it on full load complete all as satisfaction and all as specified and directed byEngrs in Charge .
6Required sufficient all qty of checking & testing of materials throught N2 gas etc and ,T&P and man power as a well qualified technician / mechanicfor disconnecting of water/ refrigerant gas pipe lines , electric wiring connections and it connected electrical and mechanical fitting parts of items from inside area only for indoor unit system of existing central type AC / package type AC plant system any type/size any model of AC plant of rating cooling capacity from 08 TR to 30 TR of make- Voltas/Blue star/Caryaire/ Daikin etc and also providing carried out workfor checking / detecting and arresting of the refrigerant gas leakage problme in only for indoor unit system areaand it all inside connected system by putting nitrogen gas (N2 Gas) by pressure to entire inside system of AC plant component like inside area of condensing coil fin system , compressor unit , evaporator unit/chiller unit and it connected refrigerant pipe line and valve and filter etc complete area only for inside area system of plantafter detecting of gas leakage problem and ensure that afterthe repairing /rectification all the nos of area found point are leakages workwhere detectedhas been carried outrepairing/ jointing work completed with the help of welding/ brazing/ soldering with copper electrode rod work and after make it air / water leak proof of complete system again after providing air vacuum pressure of holding gas stand for 24 hrs and after satisfaction work till the holding gas pressure in entire inside indoor unitsystem of AC plant. they After charging ofthe refrigerant gasas required leveland alsotop up of compressor oil if required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note-The cost of on above quoted rate is included for charging/ filling of the required quantity ofnos of times used of nitrogen gas (N2 Gas) by pressure for testing to entire system, complete shall deemed no without any extra cost to paidthe contractor for many time testing.

13Supply and fixing in replacement of Microprocessor based controller card as per model No- PMN MPD TWIN typeof suitable range7 to 22 A and having Aux supply 230 Volt complete set of Make - Softhard and suitable use it for operation of panel system including providing of interference controller cable lead and after fixing testing onload complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
14Supply and fixing in replacement of Microprocessor controller operating display unit with havingoperating LCD display suitable for operation for plant system all as per model No- PMN MPD complete set of Make - Softhard including providing of interference controller cable lead complete and after fixing testing onload complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
15Supply and fixing in replacement of Microprocessor controller MVPD card unit as per model No- EC type MVPD of suitable range 30 to 220 Amps and Aux supply 220 Voltcomplete set of Make - Softhard and suitable use it for operation of panel system including providing of interference controller cable lead complete and after fixing testing onload complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

27Disconnecting of water/gas pipe lines connections with outer grill with unit system any type any position and removing of electric wiring connections from each ceiling mounted cassette type of square shape fan coil condensing unit system any type any model and any capacity and also dismantling /opening of all type offitted nut, bolt locking patch and filter parts from inside and outside area of complete system including providing adequate servicing material and lobour and all type of T&P for cleaning of condenser coil unit and it connected fixing accessories of complete system including removing of blower fan with motor from condenser unit body system and cleaning it with the help of high efficiency air pressure blower with vacuum pump including providing of suitable cleaning & washing chemical materials for clean of inside and outside body area and removing dust particles and sludge and also providing of oiling and greasing servicing work on moving parts etc of body system after complete cleaning /servicing work, re fixing the all removing items on same to its original position including checking of tightness of all the nuts & bolts of units system andthey after testing it on load complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
