2Surface Excavation not exceedin 30cm deep & averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.
3150mm thick Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or Quarried stone interstices filled surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.
4150mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM (two layers of 75mm thick each) with coarse aggregates granite trap or basaltof grading 2(63 to 40mm size)or of grading 3(50 to 20 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.
5Rolling & consolidation of formation surfaces in cutting by power driven roller having capacity 8 to 12 ton complete all as specfied and directed.
6Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.
7Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat (VG-10) with bituminous primer at 10kg per 10square metre paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed.
8Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat (VG-10) with bituminous primer at 5kg per 10square metre paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed.
9Paving bitumen (VG-30) any penetration premix bituminous, macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (Consolidated thickness 50mm or more ) complete all as specified and directed.
10Semi dense asphaltic concrete bituminous (VG-30) premixed carpet 40mm consolidated thickneswith5.5% binder content by weight of total mix applied , Rolled andcompactedto require camberandgradient complete all as specified and directed.
11Precast cement concrete M-15 (Nomial mix) using 20 mm graded aggregates as in kerb stones etc set in (CM 1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
12Preprarion of new untreated surface of brick, stone concrete of any description over to 10 cm girth or width, not otherwise described incl priming paints plaster coats and two coats of synthetic enamel ant tint as complete all as specified and directed.
13Repair to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scroing sunken surfaces in roads, paths,etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) on old road complete all as specified and directed.
14Removing / excavated material (soil)to a dist exc 50m but n.exe 100m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed..
15Providing & applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatiac thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface incl cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc complete as per direction of engr-in-charge and accordance with applicable specification complete all as specified and directed.
16Semi dense asphaltic concrete bituminous (VG-30) premixed carpet 30mm consolidated thickneswith5.5% binder content by weight of total mix appliedRolled andcompactedto require camberandgradient on BM new surface complete all as specified and directed.
17Preparation od blacktop surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud , etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface , with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.
18Solar rod having 6 LED of colour red/yellow house in plastic body cell battery and light sensor welll protected in side polycarbonated sheet device protected with power coated wire mesh cage system mouted over 80 mm dia steel tube powder coated of length 900 mm having sheet footed for firm grip to ground. System workable for 8 to 10 hours all as per cat part no. GPL13-01 of make green light or equivalanet make as approved by Engr-In-Charge. Cat part no. OS-807 complete all as specified and directed.
19Solar cat eye having 3 LED / side of colour red / yellow to a side ( 6nos) house in tough pressure dia casted aluminium allow of size 125 x 125 x 25 mm with built in steam of suitable length for fixing with approxy LED solar cell battery and light sensor well protected in side under tough under cable for 2 to 3 days (night) after full charge in 8-10 hours make oscar or equivalent make as approved by Engr-in-Charge. Cat part no. OS-809 complete all as specified and directed.
20Stainless steel round road delineator having reflector type red/yellow colour in plastic body protected in side polycarbonated sheet, protected with powder coated wiremesh cage system mouted as approved by Engr-in-Charge.
21Reflective type cat eye having colour red/yellow to a side, casted aluminium alloy of size 100X100X20mm with built in steam of suitable length for fixing with protected in side as approved by Engr-in-Charge.
22Information board with ACP sheet retroreflective writing one side size 600mm x 900 mm. Made arround of reflective intensive tape dully fixed on angle iron frame 40 x40x4 mm frame with aluminium sheet both side 2mm thick as required with PCC 1:4:8 for post and PCC 1:2:4 for platforms size 5"x3" complete all as specfied and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
23Hardcore of guage not exceeding 63mm deposited , spirit and levelled in layers n. Exc 15 cm thick , water and remmed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.
24M&L for stone sett flooring with stone setts of size 150 to 200 mm long wide and 150mm deep and sides dressed , bedded in cement mortar 1:3 , joints 20mm thick , grouted in cement mortar 1:2 with an admixure of metallic floor hardner 5% by weight of cement & struck flush complete all as specified directed.
25Plain Cement concrete, M-15(1:2:4), 150 mm thick, type B-2 ( using 40mm gradded aggregates ) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

108Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
109M&L for Sub class ‘B’ bricks old size laid dry flat over the cable abutting each other, length of cable equal to width of brick all as required complete all as specified and directed.
110Material and labour for Sand cushioning for underground cable 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm after laying and stretching the cable laid and punned down to form a bed to a minimum 23cm thickness. The punning shall be done by hand complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (NOTE:- only punned thickness of 18cm shall be considered for measurement purpose)
111Material and labour for 40mm dia bore, galvanized steel water tubing pipe (light grade) for protection of cable fixed to Poles/Road crossing including suitable size clamps with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors/fixed to poles/or passing under road crossing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
112Materialand labour for Plain cement concrete, M-7.5 (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
113Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregrate) for coping of poles and foundation of stay complete all as specified.
114Supply, laying, jointing and testing, XLPE LT cable 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core as per IS-7098 Part-I, XLPE insulated aluminium conductor heavy duty served with an inner sheathing PVC tape, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured with an overall PVC sheathing laid in trenches, fixed along the poles or passed through GI pipe using clamps wherever required laid under floors, road etc fixed concealed in walls encased in GI pipe connecting with suitable size of lugs and cable glands etc, each cable termination is to be made with suitable size of cable glands and aluminum thimbles (for junction boxes, security Flights, LT panels etc) for incoming and outgoing cables complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (NOTE: MS clamps with nuts, bolts washer etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items).
