The floating pontoon shall be made of FRP with white colour with corrosion proof construction having 4 buoyancy compartments. The under frame of steel should be protected by hot dip galvanizing fittings and plate steel. Pump specifications - The pump should be of at least 7.5 HP Monoblock submersible pump of Kirlosker/Crompton/KSB make AC Three phase 415 Volt, supply with foundation bolt, suction stainless steel mesh cover with control panel of 7.5 HP panel box with all other essential accessories. All required cable from floater to panel box.. The Panel should be IP 55 rating. "LIGHTS SITC of IP 68 protected LED underwater lighting system manufactured by ISO 9001:2008 certified company with Ductile Iron cast housing at least 9x 3W, 24V DC LED lamps with dynamic color changing capability, including connections with 2.5 sq mm. copper conductor cable etc. as reqd. The LED light controller should also be available. All specification should be as per engineer-in-charge. With complete replacement warranty of 1 year for all materials and systems. |
