5RCC of design mix of M-250grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 300kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of20mm. down graded sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987 & IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tightsteel centering , shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works)

X 23.00cm. size including metal spall backing 30cm X 30cm. size in rear complete as per the approved design & drawing including providing centering & shuttering with cost, conveyance, royality & taxes of all materials T&P articles etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
19Providing Rough stone dry packing / pitching in slope, protection walls, approns and revetments to designed thickness usinghard granite stones of required size of approved quality from approved quarryincluding quarrying supplying conveying and cost conveyance taxes royalty of all materials includingcomplete including filling the interstices with small stones by wedging and hammering finished to proper slope and level as per direction of the Engineer – in – charge including dewatering if required.

24Providing and laying of compression seal joint consisting of steel armoured nosing at two edges of the joint gap suitably anchored to the deck concrete and a preformed chloroprene elastomer or closed cell foam joint sealer compressed and fixed into the joint gap with special adhesive binder to cater for a horizontal movement upto 40 mm and vertical movement of 3 mm etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

26Supplying, fabricatingwelded water tight drainage spout assembly to dimensions shown on drawing of dia not less than 100mm with galvanized steel conforming to IS 226 & fixing in position with suitable fixtures at specified locations on bridge decks including painting two coats with bituminous paint sealed with sealant as per IS 1834 around the spout to the deck slab as per technical specification part I / II of clause 2705 of specification road and bridge work MORT&H (4th revision) including full compensation to all operations, all inclusive costs, contigencies, incidental involved for the finished defect free item of work complete to specificaton & as directed by engineer or his representative to satisfaction.
27Fixing of anchoring bars upto 25mm to 38mm diain foundation rock in abutments and piers including drilling holes, fixing wedged anchors and grouting with cement mortar 1:4 complete as per the direction of Engineer in chargeexcluding cost of M.S. rods .
28Levelling the hard rock surface under wells for piers, abutments & wing under water etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
29Providing and applying two coats of enamel paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescense and applying paint @ 1 litre per 02 Sqm etc. complete as per derection of Engineer-in-charge.
30Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all liifts and leads, transporting to the site by mechanical means within a lead of 05kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (04th Revision)
31Loosening of the ground uptoa level of 500 mm below the sub grade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirements of table 300 - 2 for sub grade construction & clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridge works(4th revision).

33Providin, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)
34Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MOSRT&H including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
35Providing and laying tack coat with penetration grade of bitumen emulsion (RS) of 0.20 Kg per Sqm after scraping cleaning the road surface including cost, conveyance royalty of all materials, T&P labour, hire charges of machinaries etc. completeas per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MOSRT&H and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
36Providin & laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment & roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&HSpecifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) Page-169 Item-45
