(ii) Day to Day complaints of furniture shall be addressed at site (i.e.,) at user place without any extra cost to department under GE(I) R&D Kanchanbagh. (iii)for major repairs items shall be issued to contractor, the same shall be taken to contractor workshop and shall be returned to user place where lifted at no extra cost ot department. (iv) After painting of lockers, furniture, etc shall be wraped with protection layer in order to avoid damages in transit and of any damage item shall be rejected. (v) Transportation to and fro to work at user place is deemed included in quoted rate. |
